Hopefully it is an X-Mansion, I've been in desperate need for more X-Men, I just hope they announce it before November.

LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors
Freddy Bricker replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I believe the reason for this is that they spent all their money on the giant X-Wing in times square and couldn't afford to go to NYCC. Still shocking though. -
I did say I thought I might have been wrong, it is all pure speculation, but nonetheless it is more than likely that the Riddler Chase set is based off of BWTB. But of course that is pure speculation that comes from observation.

Well we haven't seen the box packaging for the Riddler Chase, so it is possible they will slap on that logo and it will be the BWTB suit. Also I believe (I may be or I am somewhat wrong in this) that it was confirmed to be BWTB. Time will tell, so I think it's just a tad early to make that comment.

Excuse my thinking out loud, but I believe the Forest Maiden hairpiece may be given to Merida. I look forward to this theme. I thought Friends was successful, which is why I'm surprised why TLG would make a new girls theme. Hopefully we get both, with both friends and the princess sets to look forward to, I think TLG would make a lot of money with that. Also I just wanted to say that I believed Ralph himself was why we didn't get his theme. I mean it would be kinda hard to make a big fig in all or most sets for a theme. I can't see any other reasons why not make a theme. Hero's duty would be more of a $12 set or a $25 set. It didn't have that much exposure, which is a good thing considering it wouldn't really affect half of the sales. It would only be one or two sets. Then you have Sugar Rush, if they made a set for the candy car and a set with the "FINAL MENTO MELTDOWN!!" then Sugar rush would be very appealing to boys as well. Boys love cars, big figs, and epic showdowns. Correct me if I'm wrong here, but wouldn't Ralph himself be the only problem in making this theme? Wow and another thing, I tend to write bulky paragraphs when responding, but I see people write like this How can I write like that and not just bulky? Not that I don't know how to use a computer but it has been a challenge for me after a while.

If you go back to page 10 Kez said that a source claimed that the CMF series 13 would consist of characters from the Simspons. He also did mention that he had no idea how reliable it was, but right now I think we're just expressing our thoughts on the rumored series 13.

Yes! Exactly my point. The poster is obviously based off of the game, but does not have the Arkham logo on it. It is definitely based on the looks on the game, but is based on the designs of the pre-existing lego Robin, while using the Arkham design. They were inspired, but not COMPLETELY based on the sets. THANK YOU I finally got my point across. Not that this was an argument. Just kidding this was totally an argument haha but glad someone see's it how I saw it. this was a fun talk. I think

LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors

Haha he is CM4S -
Wait so are we getting a CMF series or actual sets? If it is a CMF series I don't think Lego would keep it exclusive to themselves. If they make sets then I think the U.K may see them as exclusives. Plus, how are we already assuming we are only getting figures? I read every page to catch up and it seems to me that this line is all over the place. Are we getting sets? Are we not? I would prefer the sets, I would rather just one Simpsons house than nothing but a few repeats of Homer.
-
I couldn't agree more, however I wouldn't mind if they made a CMF line separate to the one that already exists, you can get figs based on a theme you don't want to pay $70 for, and you still get the regular CMF series. However I doubt Lego would ever be kind enough to give us the best of both worlds, and you're right. I don't need 20 Maggie's, Loki's, etc. Maybe if they made a separate line for the Simpsons with easy to access codes and easy ways to separate the figs from one another, then I wouldn't mind this rumor being true. However the rumor indicated that the Simpsons would replace the regular CMF series, so if it is true, that would stink for CMF fans such as myself. I think if the Simpsons were to replace the current series, there would be a problem (considering how popular the series is). And anyways, I think the Simpsons would do better in a set. I think the Simpsons is a theme with too much potential to be restricted to just figs. But that's just me.

I'm not quite sure if this is the right place to ask but assuming it is , do any of you know if Lego is aloud to make big figs for DC? I understand that some figs don't need big figs, but looking back at Gorilla Grodd and Killer Croc wouldn't it have made sense for them to have big figs? I still can't believe Lego went as far as to make Kingpin a big fig and leave Gorilla Grodd out of proportion and weird looking. I figured that if Lego could make a big fig out of GG they would, I just assumed the reason they didn't was because they weren't aloud to, does anyone have any information on this?

Review Monster Fighters 9468 Vampyre Castle
Freddy Bricker replied to Artanis I's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I haven't gotten round to buying these sets, and from the look of all the enthusiasm I must say I wish I would've gotten them sooner, really cool sets and a great review. -
That's what I was trying to say. Looking back I can agree that it may have sounded like I thought we got completely Arkham based minifgures. What I meant to say was that they were inspired or got a look similar to that of the game. Not completely based.

I don't want to jump on the bandwagon here (yes I just said that) but this is incredible. The sheer size is something to marvel, the wheels must be my favorite part, and oh I can't express how much I wish this was an actual set. I would totally buy this, not only does it look good, but it terrorizes the world while doing so. Good luck in the contest. However I don't see why you'd need it.
-
I would expect them to do something Arkham Origins related, but not an actual Arkham Origins set. I think we got an Arkham City based minifigure or two this year didn't we? But no actual Arkham City based sets. It'd be nice, but I would prefer a set focused on anything other than Batman. A collection can never be too big but damn Batman is just taking up so much space. I got a bit off topic there, but all this talk about Batman its almost as if the theme is his and his alone.

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion
Freddy Bricker replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Do you know if this was just a speculating fan, or a worker or associate of Lego? Because that just made my day. -
I read the article and must say that they would probably be better off making a CMF line around the superheroes. I would buy that and don't think the CMF that is already existing should have anything to do with the Simpsons.

LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors
Freddy Bricker replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I don't mind the bad guns, maybe find a use for them. I'm more upset about the lack of Boga. Are these prelim or the real deal? I would hate if Lego didn't make a new Boga, and a new cloud city, or a new death star (I didn't really like the 2008 one).
