  1. For me it was the Space Police Galactic enforcer,it was this ship that got me back into lego in a big way!We bought the entire sp line, power miners and most of the sw sets but the enforcer was the set i got eally exited about.I was practically running through Brighton to get to the lego shop that day lol! Cant comment on any of the modular buildings as we havent bought any as yet, whilst we have just started building a huge town, the modular buildings dont really suit the other style of building that we have so far bought.
  2. Great review,i recently bought a huge box of loose parts with the cockpit, the wheels and the grille piece too,did wonder where they might have come from as i missed the Johny Thunder theme!
  3. Pm sent
  4. I can see myself spending a small fortune on these,$1.99 sounds even better when converted into proper money-£1.31 lol!Does sound very cheap however. Whilst i'll buy them regardless,it would be much better to actually know what you are buying instead of a lucky dip type deal
  5. Did you get my message Dennimator?
  6. £6 posted to anywhere in the uk for both.
  7. Ah! Well the couple that i have are the first ones pictured so i guess those are the ones i want unless somebody has lots of any of the other designs. Pm on its way Dennimator

  9. My son wants to sell his motorised AT-AT.Its brand new, never opened still factory sealed. He's lost interest in star wars at the mo and wants to build up his town collection! There are a couple of tiny marks on the bottom edge of the box(see pic)where its been stacked in our lego room, otherwise its totally mint. £110 + postage. We are based in the uk but i'll ship it anywhere worldwide, not really looking for trades at the mo,would prefer a straight sale. Many thanks, shane
  10. Thats really cool,i love the real one too!Theres a chap in the uk that sells replica Alpina front spoilers, they look extremely smart on track cars such as yours!!!(im also a bmw nerd lol!)
  11. We had the Modelworld exibition in Brighton,UK last weekend so thought i'd post some pics. The show is mainly for train and boat fans but it does have a small Lego display. Our local Lego shop had a stall aswell selling most of the latest kits and build your own minifig table. Whilst this display had many other themes,i was only really interested in the space section.Strange that it only has classic space models and nothing from the later lines,it was very impressive however and brought back many memories of my early sets! Enjoy the pics Shane.
  12. Tis easily done, ive bought some huge collections just recently and whilst 99.9% of it was genuine Lego, there were quite a lot of megablocks too. Some people don't know,or simply don't much care that they are different brands.Im gradually collecting it all together for this years car boot sale! Reading this thread has reminded me just how much fun it can be sorting through a pile of new parts, think i may have to go hunting on ebay tonight!
  13. Great job,i bought a second one these to play about with, defo dont like the original nose section so good job on the facelift
  14. x2! I have also been looking for something suitable for a few minifigs,i found one on ebay but its quite expensive and a bit too big for what i need,i think im going to build my own now!
  15. No way!!!!!????Get yourself on ebay and buy as many Red Dwarf dvd's as you can!!Tis the funniest thing on t.v As for the ship, its looking great!Im looking forward to seeing the figs, how will you do Kryten's head?
  16. I love the dipped cockpit,very clever!
  17. Thanks guys, tis nice to get some good feedback Hmmmmmmmmmm, you got me thinking about a redesign now! Slave 1 does indeed use the same cockpit,i seem to have got myself a spare however as my slave 1 is one of my most treasured ships that i'd never borrow parts from lol!
  18. Im glad i wasnt the only one that didnt sleep too well after seeing the film lol! Great model though, how about a minifig scale Lewis & Clark? That would be very cool!
  19. Hi guys, thought i'd have a bash at building something other than star wars and exo force so heres what i came up with- First up,the Hades.(Greek God of the underworld, thought it sounded cool!) Tis a three man ship, with no exact purpose other than to look menacing! You cant really see too well but the crew sit in line, one behind the other in three separate cockpit areas. The only way in is to remove the window section at the mo- Her crew- Ive not named them,i just played about with our huge box of minifigs till i built three guys i liked! Next up is this little tank.I wanted something very similar in design to the Hades,i think they go quite well together- The driver,a mix of exo force hair and an unkown torso from the spares box! Hope you like them, Shane (Try to ignore the nice fresh scratch on the table, sadly i doupt very much my wife will when she see's what i did )
  20. What time were you in the shop?I went in again today just before 5pm lol!
  21. It rotates 360 degrees, just like the cockpit on the last B wing does. Great review fella,i bought it on january 1st along with most of the other new sets!Does anybody else think the new tie pilots helmet is a bit too big?
  22. Hi guys,as the title says im looking for this baseplate- http://www.bricklink.com/storeDetail.asp?b...;itemIDseq=3672 Tis the 32x32 pirate island one from the late 80's early 90's i believe.I can get it via bricklink for $3.50 + postage but i'd prefer to buy it from the uk to save on shipping time. Can you help? Many thanks,Shane
  23. Nice collection Walter, our army has grown massively over christmas so i'll be taking some more pics when we finally finish building them all!
