Great news,i work next to my local Toys R Us,they ususally do these.Hasnt the Atlantis sub already been sold as a promotional set,im sure i bought it in Tescos a few months back. There's only really that one that interests me this time but they'll make excellent stocking fillers for my son at christmas

Just a quickie,Toys R Us in Hove,East Sussex have two almost full boxes of series two minifigs!(No i didnt buy all the spartans lol!)

I dont think there are any big issues with them,ive bought Star wars,Indiana Jones and Prince of Persia magnet sets and have been happy with them all.Infact ive never had any probs buying any minifigs but then im not really that picky,a small misprint or slightly off colour part wouldnt put me off a set.

Dunno if theres much interest for these but im looking to trade for anything castle related,figures,parts anything really but forestmen things would be great. I'd be up for selling any parts too. A few things of interest- Nesquik Bunny head Qui Gon Jin's hairpiece (slight white mark on one sideburn) Loads of helmet designs Nurse's syringe from the collector minifig You get the idea! I'd have to say they are a must have,for me anyway. Ive got complete sets of both series purely for display, ive also bought more for mocs etc...... The forestman from the first series being my most collected figure,on ten now and still counting. Obviously they are no longer identical, be silly having so many of him the same in one moc! I'll defo get all future sets,whilst not all the figs appeal to me, i'd still have to have complete sets

I find the easiest and quickest way is to make the wife do it! I bought a huge amount a while back,would have filled my bath tub! I started sorting by colour in the middle of the lounge,my wife got so stressed with it taking so long she pushed me out the way and got stuck in.Job done! Defo go for colour first,we did and still have it boxed that way.I buy quite a few instructions books from bricklink etc....The later books have the parts list in the back and so with boxes of coloured parts,its very easy to find parts thats way.Works well for moccing too.

After checking out every classic space set on brickfactory, I can safely say they are completely random, there doesnt seem to be any particular job for any one colour. All are used for piloting ships, driving moon buggies, manning space stations etc...

That is very much the same for me, I couldn't have written it better myself! I've bought many smaller sets because i wanted the minifigs, I have three of the smaller 7569 Desert Attack sets from Prince of Persia purely for the minifig torsos and weapons for use in some castle mocs.The Flesh heads/hands end up in a box and are rarely used outside of Star Wars in my house. Minifig collecting is something i've really only started recently, my dark ages lastest for quite some time. I only got back into Lego last year and really was quite surprised with what was on offer. I grew up in the 80's and had a huge collection as a child that I passed on to my little sister, who then passed it on to our next littlest sister who then passed it onto my son! Since then our (my ) collection has grown very quickly due in no small part to the range of figs available. Whilst my son is happy with any and all Lego i am quite a bit more selective, I do have favourite themes but if I see a fig I like in a set i'll buy the set to get the fig so long as its not too pricey, otherwise i'll grab it from Bricklink. I have a nice minifig collection myself, inc complete sets of both new minifig collectibles and many figs streching across many themes that i keep in a display case well out of reach of my little boy. My mates do wonder where the attraction is, ive been the butt of many jokes and freindly banter due to having a Lego room but i dont care, as the minifigs get better and more detailed i'll continue to buy them.

WHSmith in George Street,Hove,Sussex has a box of series 2 in stock,they are going fast though. Managed to get the whole collection after about 30 mins of feeling and comparing bar codes

I have a vampire from series two,i'd like to trade for the series two Egyption.Managed to get every figure today except him Would prefer to ship within the UK too. Charlieboy *EDIT* Managed to get the Egyptian after a second trip to the shop so i'd be up for selling my vampire for the cost price of £2.00 plus postage.Either that or a straight swap for a castle themed minifig

I actually have this set twice,i bought some large mixed collections a while back and this set was in two of them! I didnt like the base at all so i used many of the parts on more Exo force mocs! The mecha's,well the blue one,is very good and is still in one piece!
