Daily Mirror Free Lego deal comes to the City (and Creator)
charlieboy replied to Big Pete's topic in LEGO Town
Wasnt sure if this has been posted yet,i did look but couldnt find anything! Its the next Daily Mirror paper Lego promotion that starts this saturday 24th october! Its a similar thing to last months Star Wars thing, collect a token and either collect on the day(im guessing from Toys R Us and WHSmiths again)or send away when you've collected them all. There are twelve sets to collect plus a collectors box and play mat- Not too shaby for the price of a paper! Shane -

WANTED:Storm Troopers/Clone Troopers

Thanks very much Ricecracker but i'd really like to buy from the U.k,postage prices from the U.S seem quite pricey on ebay so i guess they'd be very similar coming from Canada? Im looking for two helmets from this chap- I bought a massive bag of parts this week and to my surprise most of it was Star wars, lots of figs too but these two were incomplete. Thanks again,Shane. -

Couldnt say,ive never looked. You could have just reccomended i take a look instead of posting that reply, not everybody that uses this site is a member on there and until now it hadnt occured to me to take a look. -
Hi guys,im collecting any style of Storm Trooper or Clone Trooper and maybe even imperial guards! Cash waiting, what have you got??? Thanks very much,Shane. *edit* Im U.K based so would prefer to buy from here to keep postage costs down where possible!

Not having been a member on here for long im unsure if the Lego Factory,Star Justice kit had been reviewed or mentioned,i did a search but got so many unrelated hits i gave up looking lol!Anyhoo i found it in my local Lego shop today,i hadnt heard of the Lego factory kits before so picked it up to have a nose. The first thing that struck me was the weight of the box,i couldnt believe how heavy it was!I was also quite shocked at the price,£21! The ships on the box looked quite cool so whilst my son was fleecing me for more star wars kits,i stuck this set in the pile without the wife seeing, result! I think this kit must be the best value for money box of lego out there,11 bags of parts is quite impressive for the money when compared to the laughable £20 price tag of the Echo Base set! No real point to this post, just thought i'd spread the word should anybody want a good deal from their local Lego shop! If theres any interest and assuming nobody has already done one,i'll do a review as it gets built in the next day or so. Best regards,Shane

They look awesome! Ive read the books but never played the game, think i may have to invest in a few of those helmets!!!

I have nothing but priase for them, although ive only had the need to call them once.I was missing a sticker sheet from one of the larger space police sets.As it was a new set they didnt have replacement stickers on the shelf, they sent them out to me couple of weeks later when supplies were in,very helpfull chap on the phone too,10/10 from me!

Whats Your Favorite Agents Set?
charlieboy replied to Go Cubs Go!'s topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Got to be Robo Attack for me,its the one i enjoyed building most.I like the Speedboat Rescue too,it was the first kit i bought with the net launcher(doesnt go very far but it keeps my son amused!) -
What a great looking ship,i never had it as a kid but remember lusting after it!Ive bought a few classic space sets recently- 493 Space Command Center and 6971 Inter-Galactic Command Base but this ship always slips through my fingers on ebay Great review though,im off to search for your others

This is fantastic, simply breathtaking!!! Ive built some things ive thought were good but this puts them all to shame!!
-
Ah man,i remember having this kit when i was a lad,i still have some of the parts but the arm is long gone sadly.May have to search ebay for another kit now im feeling all nostalgic!

Thought i'd post some mechs ive built recently based upon the Exo Force range.Im forever changing them and still have plans to modify them some more, until then heres what i have- This one uses some of the Claw crusher chassis with a whole new body on top(should have an exo force pilot but he's in the post at the mo!) This one is the River Dragon kit,its standard legs were so splindly you have to wonder how it stays upright!I just beefed them up and added some armour to the left arm! This one is based on the Blade Titan chassis, its a work in progress but its coming along! Heres a scratch built littlun,i'll take a frontal pic later but for now you can see its canon and flame thrower..... This one is based on the Sky Gaurdian kit,you can see from the last pic how much it has changed from the original, looks much more menacing i think! Thats about it at the mo,i hope you like them.Ive been buying lots more kits and parts this week so i'll have more to post soon! Shane
