  1. I get it, but only now. You could've added a few more hints, such as a umbrella, or rubbish.
  2. And as far as Lego goes, it's only outside my bedroom when I want to show something off, or I get a bricklink order arrive.
  3. *thread bump* Now that it's finished, we can do comparisons!
  4. Just to make a note here, my brothers & sister both copied my mom hair-wise - it grows blonde, but slowly turns brown as you become an adult.
  5. Will he do it? This skater has set up a jump over a grid and a ditch. Can he make it over? A mate and girlfriend can't wait to se his finish! Minifig: Skater Boy. P.S. See the complete scene here.
  6. I've just seen the prices for the Train sets @ TRU uk: Level crpssing - £15 Passenger train - £100 Freight Train - £130 Station - £35 The sets themselves are very expensive. And I thought they were going to PF to make it cheaper?
  7. Nice simplex. Though Simplex's were normally narrow gauge.
  8. What I'm interested in is if the Toy Story set actually comes with coupling rods, as various photos have contradicted each other, even in the recent photos Grogall has recently posted (two posts above me^).
  9. You've been blogged at Brothers Brick!
  10. nice photos, Rick! Definately a buy now....
  11. Pete Waterman models in O scale, roughly 1:43 scale. He even has his own model making company, Just Like The Real Thing. But that is one awesome Hall, Bricktrix! When you going to show a GWR version? Or, more to the point, share instriuctions? I'm envious.
  12. That type of layout is rather space saving. Plus, if you do it right, you'll have storage/furniture space underneath. Also be wary of weight. You might not think Lego weighs much, but it could do.... Just be warned, also, of wood warping after installation. Some of my OO scale wagons now roll down sidings...
  13. I don't know about other countries, but in the UK and a lot of europe, war engines were just..egines. The only things that made them war engines was a change in paint scheme.
  14. Especially under your feet...
  15. Just a comment. This thread has more posts than the Series 1 thread. A sign of popularity of series 2?
  16. If you look at some trailers, you'll see that some doors don't actually go the full height of the trailer. BTW, nice mod! Shame Lego didn't follow your example...
  17. 1. Yes. All plastic since 2006, I think. 2. 8 wide by 16 long. Studs, that is. 3. I don't know.
  18. I'd hate to add to it, but... "your trash, our cash!" Anyway, nice MOC. Certainly different from the sports cars, HGVs etc. that have been popping up of late....
  19. Indeed - minifig yellow hair! And who'd blame the ski-er for eyeing up the female lifegaurd? He's probably wanting to join her in a warmer climate!
  20. Nice!! If only I had that much room...
  21. I believe there are UK/EU differnet plugs on them. Though as I only use 9V stuff, I'm the wrong person to comment...
  22. Just a footnote. Or two... My local TRU collectable figs use the EU barcode. And I only have 5 left to collect (Clown, Magician, Wrestler, Indian and Diver)
  23. One comment I will say is that the hospital looks slightly too overcrowded. But excellent none-the-less.
  24. It's a shame the crane and truck couldn't be in a seperate set. Like in the 9V line.
  25. Two questions, if I may be so bold.... In the other pictures (i.e. not ones used for the entry) can we show the vig with the figure? And are we limited to just one fig per vig?
