It is just pure justice, you get all the world city sets of 2005 in 2004 :| Oh yes because TWO fire sets equal all the City sets for 2005. :| Two out of what, 15 new City sets, end of the world now. :| At least you know you are getting the set. Just got the X-Mas catalog today and no sign of the House.

It's true! Would make a great X-Mas set, but noooooooooooooooo Lego isn't taking the time to release it over here.

:-D I do agree. Now I'm REALLY dissapointed that lego is releasing the new sets first in the US... Last ear the European market was the one who hasn't lost money. We deserve better than late released sets :( Maybe that's because you got all last years sets first! Now they want to make money in the USA so we are getting them first. Plus you got that house, there is no sign of it ever coming over here. :(

I wish they were that much here, I want a whole fleet of them. :)

I don't have the house. The house isn't a System set. There is no one to save from the house. The house isn't tall enough to use the lader of the fire truck.

The Train Station is a little odd, but not a bad set and not "megabloks" at all. The Fire Station is a joke conpared to the great stuff, but it is 100 times better than the last one, and $20 cheaper. The garage should have been a little bigger, and there should have been a second floor on the thing. But for the price the set can be fixed within 10 minutes. What really makes me made is the Fire Sation my first real new color set, and the dark grey platform the thing is on is terrible! The new dark bley is fine for small pieces, but the base hurts my eyes, and I added a piece to keep it together and it was just bad.

Well I'm guessing it floats if it has a working engine. :P Old boats floated, even the Police boat for 4+ floats, no reason they can't do the same for System sets.

Anyone think this thing will float? If it floats then I'll buy it. :)

Wow.... I really don't like that. It's just two big things with some new pieces stuck in the middle. Why doesn't Lego try making a biulding! They have a fire truck and lader and it's great fun. But who are they going to save.

The Police sets will probably come after Christmas along with the rest of the line because there is still the Fire helicopter and little car to come out.

Then I'm having doubts that you really do have the set(s). 8-| Poor poor newbie.... I do have the sets, they are at the Lego Stores in the USA. Because you are new you don't know that I don't have a camra or anything. What you see is what you get, except for one little part that they forgot, there is no hole in between first and second floor. And then there is that funky piece that just gets me. There are 5 computers in it, very nice. What you want to know? I can answer any questions.

Nope no light up that i noticed. The slopes are cool, they are 1x3 with no stud on top, but there is that 1x1 indent, it could be useful for space of the overhang of a biulding. And the thing around the wheel is one pice, so there has to be a different piece for the police car that only uses a half a one.

I think they are cheaper. The fire station this year is only $30, it only has 260 pieces but thats more than the last one.

I was over at Lugnet and people still complain about the color change, "Let's complain right to the CEO!!!", dumbasses, it's over move on. Anyways, someone posted pictures from a Sears Catalog from the 1960s and they had some really high prices. http://news.lugnet.com/general/?n=49585. Back in 1962 165 pieces of Lego cost $3.77, and a 324 piece set cost $9.77. That is a ton of money! A movie cost 25 cents back then and you got a candy bar with that, and sometimes another movie. Now a movie and a candy bar cost well over $10.
