I was thinknig about that, but right now all the christmas lights in my house went "Boom" and won't light and I don't want to waste the money buying more. Plus I don't want to hurt any of my Legos. Found a Lego Leg and I'm using a big little bulp. :) If this doesn't melt it nothing will.

Those Lego lights cost an arm and a leg! Because that was my first plan because I could conect some of the Lego lights to the Train thing, and be all set, but it's like $10-20 for just one of two light set up. I want a huge light display! :)

I know, Lego complains about loosing money and that new molds cost a lot, but what the hell is up with these? The new "City" sets have only like 2 new pieces, the great and used a lot 1x1 slope, and the things above the wheel. These are only used in these sets, so bad. The "old" ones had new pieces but they were used in other places as well, and good for more things, but those engines can only be used as engines, very very bad. The Tectnic set is ok, but seems too weak and stringie.

Ok, I am setting up my Lego town in the basment. I just finished redoing the Legoland Hotel, the overhead walkway is in the middle now, not the side, with a clock on the top level now. Anyways, after I set it up I want to get some little Christmas lights and tape them to the city to light the town up. My question, and the reason this isn't in the MOC section, do little Christmas lights harm the Legos? Are the Legos going to melt? Discolor? Smell funny? The lights are going to be right next to the Legos and I think it might melt them, but does anyone know? Happy Holidays! You should make a Santa Lefo face smilie!

I was thinking that!!! They look like the Hot Wheels or Matchbox desgner cars were you have a few pices and you make your own then race them.

FBTB is leaking info!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! End the of world, it much be deleted right away. Anyways, is it just me or do the Racer sets get worse and worse by the year? These are like 5 pices and rather lame looking. I probaly get the yellow and Orange ones through to mod them into real cars.

Did find them through. :) Have no use for them, just wanted to know where they were. Of course now I forgot where I put them again. :)

It's not "World City", it's just "City" now... very interesting. Maybe Lego was going for more futuristic things for the World City line and it failed so they are making a new line just called City. Hopefully through this won't mean the dumbing down of Town again like last time around.

The purple is great, with the lime green (my favorite "new' Lego color) look very nice. Still love the 1x1 slop, the thing is through that means we get less and less 1x1 plates / tiles because the new slop is replacing those for lights of cars and things.

So anyways... I really like Star Wars Legos don't you? :D

The weather guy was wrong and he dared just said "We were pretty correct with yesterday afternoons forcast". No he wasn't! 1-3 for me became 3-5, and no one was suppose to get over 5 inches, but Worster to outside Boston got 5-8 inches. They are wrong and lie to us after they get it wrong! Kind of like what lego does. See back on topic. :)

This is a much better setup for a forum. One thing through, a little off topic... There is a "Lego Theater" part, and an "Other Lego News" part, but shouldn't there be a "General Lego" part too?

Well he didn't put "in my opinon" afetr "I love it here more". :P Plus it is not an opinion, it's fact, they are a Star Wars Lego site (Do they really still call themselves that?) and they are the darkside. Darkside = Star Wars Legos. :D

We were supposed to get rin all day yesterday, then 1-2 inches of snow over night. They then changed it to "What we have is what we are getting", and what's this I wake up and there is more snow! So glad these idoits are right. :|

Who knows when these will come out, for you guys they will probably be out by years end, for me, be lucky I get them before next Christmas.

I don't see any problems. The set is three years old, but still being made, but also it's not like the stickers will stop people from buying the set. Found some Camel one... http://www.hccamsterdam.nl/brick/stikkers/index.htm Still need the Red Baron through.

We all love them and hate them, but the newer ones really suck, never stay on, and if they do and you try moving them it messes it up. Anyways, I have the ones on the Camel and the Red Barel, and they are flaking off and chipping off, and I want to take them off so I can dust them, aka prob wash them, but I need new stickers. Anyone know a site that has scans of the stickers or anything like that. *Note this does not break that megablock rule "Can't sure the intrusions, blah blah" because I already own the sets and don't want to waste legos time by asking them for stickers.

Well thank you. I could never tell by the photo if it was 1x3 or 1x2. I think 1x3 will be better. Can't wait for the Fire station and trucj, and it's been a long time since I felt that way.
