  1. I'm only wondering why there's no official LEGO store in Poland :/
  2. A bit better pictures for you guys!
  3. as promised... couple of new pictures... hopefully the colors are better seen now:
  4. Actually it's called "Axle Towball" and it does seem to be in the inventory file but I've no idea why it didn't add to my bricklink wantlist :\ oh well...
  5. I looked at the minifigs closly again and it's not dark gray printing on black body. It's all dark-gray / dark-silver-gray! both the helmets & the body!!
  6. Here's another little thing from me :] Set Name: Shadow Troopers Set #: 75079 Theme: Star Wars Pieces: 95 Minifigures: 4 Year of Release: 2015 MSRP: USD $12.99 So... I went to the SMYK store again ;) found this set there so I just HAD to grab it. Also not really a bargain but I didn't care ;) Box/Instructions Standard, small box. I think it's the same size as for all the battle packs. The same with instructions. Nothing of interest here. Parts Set contains 95 pieces. There are two bags - one bigger one smaller. There's quite a lot of transparent red parts here. I don't think there are any unusual pieces here. We do get the beloved (by everyone ;) blasters here. Also set includes additional 8 "bullets" :] Minifigures I guess this is the main reason to buy the battle packs. Here we have 4 figures, all exclusive to this set. We're getting 2x Shadow Trooper and 2x Shadow Guards. They both look really nice. The coloring on the Shadow Troopers is very neatly done. It's somewhere along the dark-gray print on a black pody piece? It looks pretty neat + the helmets are totally awesome. The Shadow Guards look OK. They don't have faces, so the heads are one big red brick. They also don't have any printing on the back. As much as the characters are very interesting... the figures don't do them justice in my opinion. The build Well, the set is really small so the build took about 5 minutes. The vehicle tho is actually REALLY nice. I thought that this set would interest me more in terms of minifigs, but the speeder or whatever it is, is actually very neat as well. I really like how they did the front and the back of it. It can carry two minifigs and has two missiles. The competed model Not much to say here... just a small photo :) Overall opinion Small but very satisfying. As much as I don't care for battle packs I do care about the Empire! ;) Having interesting minifigs + as it turns out a very cool speeder. This set was not only a "meh" buy for me. Because of it's price, I'd say don't hesitate. Minifigures: 8/10 - Shadow Troopers are really cool. The Shadow Guards tho are a bit "meh". Parts: 6/10 Build: 6/10 Price: 10/10 Design: 10/10 Playability: 9/10 Overall: 49/60 = 82% P.S. I'm sorry for the dark pictures. I decided to buy a "no-shadow-tent" or whatever you call it in english tomorrow so maybe I'll have some better pictures soon.
  7. Sorry guys if this is "last year's news" but have you seen the "EMPIRE MEDIA" at LEGO site ? http://www.lego.com/pl-pl/starwars/empire-media The movies have some interesting figures (a doird with transparent head?!!). In the last movie there's a weird TIE fighter that VADER gets off... It doesn't look like any set we had so far. plus I LOOOVE the join the empire poster :D
  8. Everybody talks about how this set looks similar to what they saw in the Rebels set... but I wasn't so sure... now I found a pic from the show: Honestly ? It looks nothing like that :(. I does seem to have size issues (looking at that movie still you see the standard TIEs in the back and the wings seems to be more or less same size (height wise at least)... Also, the movie TIE seems to be more like a sphere shaped... the LEGO one looks more like an OVAL... oh well... it don't change my opinion on the set tho btw ;)
  9. Sure. Later today if that's ok with You. The tilted thing on the back is the guns mechanism. You tilt it left or right and it makes the TIE shoot the red blasters (left and right). It's actually quite cool in my opinion and the only downside is the thing you mentioned - hard time making it look straight :] No. The photos show the maximum. ... Also actually I will add one more thing to the review.
  10. page one complete... rest tomorrow ;)
  11. hehe... I work at a "company" ;) ... got some spare time from time to time... but back to topic... I added the photos. I hope they meet your demand. Sorry I'm not big on photography + I don't really have a place to take good photos but I'm trying my best. Opinions welcome. ALSO, on a side note. I wasn't able to upload any of them for whatever reason so I uploaded them on my server. I'll leave them be for the time being. Hope it's all good for you. EDIT: Btw If you want a more closeup or whatever else picture - let me know. I'll try to provide one.
  12. @Fuppylodders Thanks for the criticism. I'm not taking it harsh - like I wrote before I did hesitate to post it. Will pick the second option next time as I do also see it now that it is missing quite a lot :]
  13. Yeah I'm sorry I had doubts about posting it without the photos but I decided to do it anyways. Like I said - Will post pictures in a couple of hours - sorry for that!
  14. Hey, my first review here... not sure if it's ok and if I actually CAN post a review here yet but if not - please moderate this :] So: Set Name: TIE Advanced Prototype Set #: 75082 Theme: Star Wars Pieces: 355 Minifigures: 3 Year of Release: 2015 MSRP: USD $39.99 I bought this set in a polish SMYK store yesterday (so a bit earlier than it was supposed to be out). I overpayed for it quite a lot but then again that's what "impulse-purchase" is all about :) Box/Instructions The box itself is quite nice. Not too big, not too small. Instructions are easy to read and pretty standard. There's a small sticker sheet as well, consisting of 6 small stickers. Parts There are 355 parts in this set. They're all pretty standard ranging from light-gray to dark-gray and black. Some red transparent bricks are also present. I think this set has a new part -> (sorry for being an ignorant) an L-shaped light-gray brick with no studs. You can see it on the stock pictures on "top" of the wings (I think it's called a "tile" ;] ). Other than that - the printed domes are also interesting pieces. Minifigures The figs are basically what should draw you to this set. The Inquisitor is AMAZING. It has a new helmet, shoulder-pads and a lightsaber. This fig is pure awesome. It's definitely a must for all the SW minifig collectors out there. You also get a TIE Pilot (I think it's a new fig as well - different helmet from the last TIE Fighter Pilot we had) and an Imperial Officer (which also has "new" tag on the box meaning it's an exclusive!. Pure Empire gold! The build The build is devided to 3 stages. Bag 1 - Cockpit. Bag 2 - "Wing-holders". Bag 3 - Wings. The build is rather fast and a bit repetetive as the wing-holders are basically a mirrored versions of each other and the wings are a build of x4 of the same thing. The completed model The model looks rather good. It has a flicker-cannons (?). You can open the glass dome and the top dome so you can put a minifig inside. The only issue I have with this model is the size of it comparing it to the last TIE Fighter. But then again when I look at -> <- it MIGHT actually be the right size. EDIT: One thing that you might find a bit annoying are the wings. They are NOT attached like in the old Vader's TIE meaning they don't have certain "steps" of possible arrangement if you know what I mean. Here you can fold the wings to whatever position you want (well.. "inside" at least). This means that if you open up the wings and put in on a table or whatever flat surface, they MIGHT fold back in a bit which will make the model fall. It's not really something that will make this model a NO, but still it's tad annoying. Overall opinion The model is nothing extraordinary. It's a standard TIE set and it will look good with the other TIEs in your collection. The minifigs tho, are a MUST! Minifigures: 10/10 Parts: 6/10 Build: 5/10 Price: 8/10 - I'll just say I found this set on an auction for 200 PLN (about 46 euros) and for that - it IS a pretty good price. Like I said, I did overpay for it at the local toy store. Design: 8/10 Playability: 9/10 Overall: 46/60 = 77%
  15. I just bought meslef the new 75082 TIE Advanced Prototype at a SMYK store in Poland. Buying LEGO at that store should be punished by death (their margin...) but I couldn't wait really. It's a pretty neat set tho the prototype seems really small comparing like to the last TIE fighter... Especially the wings are really smaller. The figures tho are perfect!
  16. hmmm... any ideas how to replace: the blue rubber band: http://www.bricklink...tem.asp?P=x1106 ? it seems to be quite unavailable... either way... I made all the orders and with shipping it costs me about 197,5 euro. 6 orders total. probably would be cheaper if i'd do it in less but i'm still learning bricklink + I'm in Poland ;) ;P I'm missing the rubberbands tho. might have to go to a convenient store and buy those seperatelly.
  17. I am doing it atm. It should probably be around 150-200 euro for me. I'm trying to get mostly new pieces but there's sometimes a big difference in price for the used ones so I pick the cheaper. I think you could probably do it about 100-150 tho.
  18. Started ordering bricks to build this beauty :] Can't wait to build it - it's soooooo nice.
  19. so MF is coming back to the movies as well as X-wings... I sense much good LEGO SW sets winter 2015 & 2016 :D BTW the MF has a different radar dish :O
  20. 899,99 PLN on Polish S@H. that's about 209 euro.
  21. the shadowtroopers look really nice! I think I'll get this set when it's out.... The TIE is very meh... still it's a prelim but yeah ... not really looking that great. the microfighters ATAT is very cute tho...
  22. http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?q=7662 here for example.
