  1. Enson will attack Tentacle C. Wollipog will attack Tentacle A.
  2. Enson grunted as the lashing tendril swatted him, forcing him to leap back and recover himself. Enson will move to A10 and cast Sustaining Healing on himself.
  3. So, as everyone has pointed out, Fenton is a confirmed loyal crew member. There's no need for further discussion on that point. Arnold seems like a generic crew member to me, not really pinging my sensors. Based on their behavior yesterday, I believe Cheseelo is also on our side. That only leaves me and Riley in my mind. Yesterday I just really wanted a lynch and wasn't particularly picky as to who. I was just following everyone else and it wasn't until right at the end of the day that people began voting for someone I was genuinely a little suspicious of. I'll be honest, I'm not feeling well and I don't think I'll be able to keep playing these games after this. The stress is too much.
  4. Opening his eyes, Enson examined the scene before him. Then, calmly, he lifted his Plasma Falchion and activated it, holding the hissing torch in a two-handed stance. With a sudden, fluid grace he darted towards one of the lashing tendrils and brought the sword down in an arcing swing. Enson will move to A8 and attack Tentacle C. Wollipog will attempt a repeat performance of the cast-Revealing-Light-on-the enemy's-eyeballs trick vs. the Landsquid.
  5. Aysu will attack. Wollipog will cast Distracting Illusion - Effect 1, appearance of a second squid about to attack the first. Effect 2, sound of a second squid about to attack the first.
  6. Unvote: Lt. Riley (Rumble Strike) I'm sorry, I'm having a bad decade. Vote: Lt. Heecan (Jimmynick) For a minor inconsistency I noticed in your response to Cheseelo's suggestion: You seemed supportive of the idea for the investigator to publicly reveal themselves, but then immediately accused Lt. Riley of trying to manipulate the investigator into revealing themselves. ???
  7. I don't care enough to bother justifying anything. There's no point at this stage in trying for anyone else anyway.
  8. Vote: Lt. Riley (Rumble Strike)
  9. Enson looked at the charging monstrosity and shook his head. "Shoddy construction." he muttered as he brought his hands together and began reciting a droning, tuneless chant. Meditate.
  10. Vote: Unvote: Vote: Unvote: Vote: Unvote: Vote: Unvote: fhbdfhbfdhh Banananananananananananananananananananananananananananananana Vote: Vote: Vote: To hell with it.
  11. No. Frankly I'm more annoyed someone hasn't. It would've given me a more obvious target to vote for. Unvote: Lt. Commander Dr. Hailey Macdougal (Tariq j) Probably counterproductive, but I'm not enthusiastic about this vote enough to stick with it.
  12. "I understand. Has that maniac of a doctor been deliberately exposing others to you in this state? Has there been any opportunity for an accidental exposure?" Enson turned to the others. "Wolly, Aysu, would you mind helping me move this pod somewhere unobtrusive? I'd like this fellow safely out of the way once the landsquid arrives."
  13. Enson held up a hand. "It's fine, it's fine, I mean you no harm. Do you know how to open your pod? Are you currently emitting spores?" Enson spoke in the most calming, persuasive voice he could muster. As he was speaking, Enson took a moment to examine the container's ventilation.
  14. On a side note, I'm slightly surprised no-one has tried to accuse Cheseelo of role fishing. They definitely left themselves wide open, but the corrupted haven't taken advantage.
  15. Honestly, I don't consider inactivity to be an indicator of guilt. Corrupted are far more likely to be active players, and my accusation was based primarily on the idea that you were one of the more active players, but have contributed little to the discussion. For what it's worth, your response to Cheseelo was much the same as Lt. Riley's, who spoke before you.
  16. I'd always thought that Vigilante is the second most common 'special' role, but you have more experience I guess. A killer crew member would be odd with this few people. In truth, I don't have any alternate plan to propose. I just think there's a far higher likelihood of a publicly revealed investigator getting killed off than of there being a doctor, and investigators are better the longer they're able to work. I'm having a little difficulty parsing this: how does this statement not go against your own proposed action? As for my vote: Vote: Lt. Commander Dr. Hailey Macdougal (Tariq j) The rationale behind this one is quite simple: they haven't done anything. They haven't contributed meaningfully to the discussion at all, simply recapitulating points made by others and saying fluffy role-play lines.
  17. True enough, but I don't think there is a Doctor on board to begin with. Commander Cheseelo is making a wild guess without evidence. An investigator is a standard fixture of these things, and there's always a chance they'll be voted out accidentally, but there's a higher chance of them dying in the night with no hope of getting one of the bad guys instead. Unless there's a vigilante, but that's its own can of worms.
  18. It could simply be that one or both of them wasn't active while the vote was open. Activity here has been sparse. Assuming that there is a doctor. It may be a worthwhile course of action, but I personally am leery of the idea. Especially since even if both of those roles are present, it's possible one or both were assigned to players with low activity. This would make it dangerously likely that they would miss their window for acting during the night. In hindsight, I worry that spreading the vote was the wrong course of action. While the chances were low, we might have gotten one of them. The corrupted, on the other hand, aren't going to kill themselves.
  19. It'll give us something to go off of, and it's no more likely to cause us harm than voting for anyone else. We have nothing to gain from continuing to dither.
  20. "Yes, and with speed. If anyone would know where the wyrmsfoot is, it would be him." Enson spoke without looking up from the console, already in the process of calling up the landsquid. That done, he quickly checked through the Kvorvans on file, calling up any live specimens he found. He turned to face his companions. "There were some of those spiders we need in the atrium, and there are lightning crystals in the main gallery. I'd appreciate it if you'd grab them while I handle things here. Remember, we need a Juvenile Female spider and a Rubinite crystal."
  21. Unless I'm misremembering, I equipped the Plasma Splicer instead of the Utility Belt, and shouldn't have gotten that +1. I will equip the belt now however. "Ask one more rhetorical question-" Enson muttered to himself as he hurried over to inspect the pod's occupant, his face an expressionless mask. "Right," he said, "we've already sent off for medical aid, but since we don't know how long he's been infected we'll have to act as if this is a crisis. I need two of you to fetch that doctor from the lab, he's probably already aware of how to treat this malady." Enson strode over to the console and began hunting through the index, frantically wracking his brains for the ingredients to the treatment and trying to see if any of them could be located in the vault. "Most collectors take care of their collections," he muttered to himself, "most collectors value what they possess."
  22. Hmmm. If I remember correctly they didn't do much yesterday. This likely means that they were chosen specifically because their death wouldn't provide us with useful information.
  23. Enson shook his head. He hadn't expected that they'd be able to get in the vault without forcing it. His hand lighted on the hilt of his plasma falchion, intending to cut through the door again. Before he could however, the grinding on heavy-duty servos and Jonk's voice caused him to turn to look back. He started back in shock when he saw the occupant of the pod, distress twisting his features out of shape. "What in all the spheres-!" Meditate, three successive castings of Acute Purge on dwarf, Medicine check to determine nature of malady.
  24. Very well then. Vote: Lieutenant James Riley (Rumble Strike)
