Thank you guys! Thank you @Lyichir @Khorne @JopieK@Redhead1982 @NewTown Suppose it helps there are so many more rounded elements thesedays to get that effective art deco/streamline effect! Thanks @LegoMathijs

Thank you! Those features are a both bit flimsy but least its effective! Thanks @lifeinplastic It's about time for another art deco modular right?? :) Thanks guys! Cheers @Murdoch17 I was tempted to put an extra colour in the facade but glad I didn't now! Thanks @hikouki if only they could be retrospectively created, sadly I'm no good with a digital designer so its all old fashioned trial and error for me!

Nice work! Really like the sink and curtains too.

Hello everyone. My most recent moc is a streamlined bus depot inspired by ones constructed in the USA from the 1930's to the 1950's. I've included some typical features of the time such as a vertical tower, glass blocks window and porthole windows within the doors. I enjoy making older vehicles so I've added one here to complete the scene. As usual you can find them on my flick page here if you wish. Cheers! Andrew

Thanks! Cheers, it was fun to build something different from my usual city! Thank you very much! Thank you! Gotta try and put some humor in where I can. The float was the last piece I added by chance!

Hello everyone! Its not quite town but townfolk neeed to get away from the busy city every so often and what better way than somewhere tropical! It's a bit different to my usual city fare but an excuse to try rockwork and some water detailing. Hopefully it's something I can improve on with time - it was a lot of fun throwing it together. As usual you can find all my mocs on my flickr page here Regards

Really like those headlights on the front of the impala! Great job.

Lovely little build with some great techniques, any background to the inspiration?

Hello, it is a door rail as you say with a 2x8 plate underneath. Under the plate sits 4 x 44728 brackets (or two of the 4 wide brackets) in this case in black. The overhang lies at the rear of the windows, it's difficult to see on the photos which is probably a good thing :)

Thanks, I really like that window piece which really helps sell the period, hopefully it becomes available in more colours soon! Thank you, maybe someday I will design using instructions. But not yet... :) Thank you! Thanks very much. thanks @lifeinplastic I must of forgotten to post it on here. Yeah I really like the sharp wild angles from that period, hopefully I get time to do something from that era again soon! Yeah, bit of a type there, the truck/lorry was essentially the whole reason for the MOC! I'm trying to branch out from the city centre so more rural mocs it is! Thanks Thorsten! Thanks @LEGO Train 12 Volts I've used the same piece in white on another van and have just seen it'll be available in dark red later on this year so i'll definitely have another vehicle on the way using that piece!

Hello to all at EB. I present a small vignette as an excuse to build another old time vehicle. A rural farm scene completes the MOC. As usual you can find all my mocs on my flickr page here Until next time! Regards

Thanks ER0L. I agree, more Art-Deco needed, it'll not be my last moc in this style. I had contemplated putting a MOC on ideas but wasn't sure of whether my style would stand out from other town based MOC's. I had read somewhere you needed to provide instructions for your model which I can't do as everything is freebuilt. Be a bit of a dealbreaker if that was the case as reverse engineering sounds like a nightmare to me. I do wonder however whether this model in particular would be more successful as a lego ideas submission with minidolls rather than minifigures, probably suits the friends theme more! Cheers

Thank you! Maybe i'll get to see it for myself someday! Glad you like the colours, I spent ages trying to get the right amount of colour! Thanks guys! One of my favorite themes from childhood!

Hi EB followers. I've finished my most recent build. Predictably its another Art-Deco/Streamlined hotel building but I figured its been a few years since the last so I've had time to refine my ideas! It's called the Deluxe hotel and it's taken a couple of months to finalise due the constant changing of ideas in my mind in how I wanted it to look. It's not directly based of any paricular hotel but incorporates elements of many ones found in South Florida. Only a couple of images to show, the interior is quite shallow so I didn't bother with an interior this time. Anyway, comments and questions as always welcomed! You can find the images on my flickr here if you prefer. Regards! Andrew
