    My UK order arrived this morning. I had the same problem with Orthanc and they ended up doing next day delivery for free. Funnily enough, this set is a birthday present so I'm not allowed to open it :(

    I'm from the UK, mine still shows as "In Process" but it has shipped and is currently at my local depot. It is a glitch! You can find your tracking number if you keep clicking the order number to bring up the whole order, in the same box as billing and postal address.

    Mine is the exact same, still shows "In Process" but when you click through the order pages and view the full order there's a tracking number I can click on, which says the parcel is in the UK. Must be a glitch.

    The same happened to mine, so I called and asked that they chase it up and upgrade me to next day shipping. Arrived the next day!

    Mine finally got shipped yesterday after a mistake with my order. They bumped me up to next day delivery for free though so should recieve it Monday!

    Lucky you! What's annoying is that I ordered as soon as the page went live. According to others, Lego doesn't work on a first come basis. I would have happily taken a corrected PDF and the right instructions sent separately rather than sending the promotional items seperately first and Orthanc being delayed.

    My online order looks to be backordered (my free promo items were shipped seperately). So I believe they have been recalled. Was hoping to get it for the weekend too :(

    What is everyone's status on Lego.com? I placed my order when the page went live on Sunday night (Monday morning at around 12:05am) and I have this... What does "partial shipment, balance on backorder" mean? I have a tracking number but the dimensions of the box are a bit odd... 415x320x140 420grms 18592volume
