  1. I can't believe we were wrong about Helen! Darn framer. At to make that worse, Booker's been kidnapped. This keeps getting worse and worse. I'm sorry to say I have no new leads or evidence to bring to the table. I'm starting to daydream, but once I snap out of it, my ears are open.
  2. I've got yet another weekend of traveling ahead of me. I won't have access to the Internet starting Friday afternoon but I'll be back Sunday afternoon. This is my last trip for a while, I promise!
  3. I really enjoy today's subtitle, since I just saw a great production of Julius Caesar over the weekend! I know others have said it, but the openings and riddles are really cool.
  4. Vote: Helen Hippo (def) I feel as if this is the right thing to do today. Only a conviction will get us somewhere, and I'd honestly not rather test the crow theory if it means one of use will most likely be killed. Sorry if you're innocent, but we need to keep moving forward.
  5. I apologize for being absent during the earlier part of the discussion. This evidence against Helen is quite strong, and is definitely worth looking in to. I'm not 100% convinced that Helen is scum if (as the riddle seems to suggest) she was framed. I need to look back on the day's activity and work on the riddle before I cast a vote against Helen.
  6. Just a heads up, I'm going to be traveling Friday (tomorrow) through Sunday. I should have internet, and I'll try to keep up with the game, but if for some reason I'm unable, I thought y'all would like to know why.
  7. I trust Booker at this point, and the whole paranoid wand owner thing sounded fake. Vote: Sheldon Sheepdog (Quarryman)
  8. Poor Pennie and Benji. Not only were they always friendly to me, but it appears that they were our protector and vigilante, both working for the good of the town. So it appears Felix was actually a member of Demon Legion. The reappearance of an arsonist suggests that the Demon Legion actually is all about burning and not magic. So perhaps then this black-wand-wielding-fiend is in fact a serial killer working on his/her own. I didn't learn anything during the night, but perhaps someone knows who Benji was targeting or learned something else useful?
  9. The Star Wars Wax Museum: The Death Star is proud to be opening its own wax museum, featuring renditions of famous senators, generals, and villains. The Stormtroopers are working hard on their newest wing: the Bounty Hunter Wing! They've only got one more wax sculpture left to paint. Here we see the changing of the guard where the sculptor with his fine lightsaber chisel steps back so the painter can do his work. (Obviously the White Boba goes on the last pedastal) Thanks for hosting this raffle, KimT.
  10. I wasn't sure I'd enter, but I had some sudden inspiration, and wham, I've got a vignette. I'll post the entry when I get some free time and the sun's out. I look forward to seeing everyone's entries.
  11. Poor Lazlo. I believe this explains the lack of a Demon kill during the night. Well, at least we can send Mr. Pyromaniac to go burn in hell. Vote: Felix Fox (Shadows)
  12. Simply astounding! This is one of the best micro-renditions I've seen of anything. And not only that, it's a micro model of an official set! That interior is so cute. I can't wait to see what else you have in store for us.
  13. Aha, thanks for the clarification. I'm beginning to think that there's a very unique resurrection action out there... it's almost like for every magical kill, one of us can decide to revive them or not. I'm guessing that Wendell was a ressurector of arsonist victims only, but gave up his life in the process.
  14. Woohoo! A successful conviction and deathless night. So you suspect that Felix is the Demon-worshipping-killer... that makes sense if Lauren was the blocker. But if Lauren wasn't the arsonist, why wasn't there a fire last night? Was there another block that wasn't shown?
  15. My thoughts exactly. There's no point voting now that a conviction has been reached, but I do support the conviction as it is. Let's hope that we're right about Lauren.
  16. Wouldn't it spare a potential blocker if we just voted off Helen instead? Or am I missing something?
  17. My apologies for my inactivity towards the end of yesterday. I'm back, and boy has a lot of discussion been going on! This is the theory I'm starting to support. I just find it so suspicious that a kill and resurrection of the same person happened on the same night. As Felix has mentioned numerous times, we have no proof that Helen is a member of the town, although she insists that her actions show it. "Working tirelessly" and "forming trust" means absolutely nothing at this stage, as members from either faction could be doing the same things. Investigation in the only way to be certain, which can often be tricky to manage properly. This is great piece of evidence that supports my suspicion of Helen. There's just something so fishy about the whole situation. Helen, why do you think you were resurrected so quickly? If I remember correctly, you never addressed this. If Helen was a member of the town, she might have switched her position after realizing that Edgar was correct about the arsonist, and hoped to direct role-bearing townies to a source they could trust more. But after last night's events, Helen believed that she was equally trustworthy. It all boils down to her resurrector. I'd like to hear her opinion as to why she was revived so quickly. I think it'll clear things up a bit. An interesting idea. This is a possibility, but there's nothing we can really do about it.
  18. I'm so sorry I've been absent all day! I don't feel like I've had a chance to catch up sufficiently, so I will withhold my vote, and I doubt I'll return in time to vote today. It looks like you've been having a plenty interesting and informative day without me. Goodnight everyone!
  19. His quick initial vote was backed by severe misunderstanding. Although he certainly looks suspicious to me too, part of me says that he's just extremely misguided, didn't read properly, or is just plain stupid. An interesting idea. If nothing else presents itself and no other "leads" are worth pursuing, perhaps this is our best course of action for today.
  20. Morning everyone! I'm afraid my apples were shuffled around in last night's confusion, but if anyone wants one I can pull out a few clean ones. This maniacal arsonist is quite frightening. To think that one of us innocent, furry creatures could do such a horrible thing... I completely agree with you, Horace. As I've caught up with today's discussion, I've come to similar conclusions. The only problem is that I'm lost on who to vote for, even thought we must today. My ears and eyes are open, so when the time comes, I'll have to make a decision.
  21. My apologies for my absence. I don't like the idea of randomly convicting if it turns out there are no consequences. However, voting randomly can reveal information and it seems like we've learned a tidbit or two through our bandwagon that barely was stopped. The mob effect was quite strong, and I might have joined myself for the sake of learning something. Thankfully it looks like we've learned without losing a member. Day One is always the hardest, especially in such a tight-knit, experienced village like this. The Demons know how we're expecting them to act, so they might want to act differently but we'll expect that too. So everything is a jumble and nothing solid emerges. All I can say is, unless we randomly convict, I hope something substantial comes up tomorrow.
  22. A furry party? Count me in! Edgar, feel free to join us too. Your long trunk will definitely impress the ladies.
  23. Good morning everyone! Well, it looks like we're going to have a long day ahead of us. Would anyone like an apple for breakfast? We have no leads to go off of, but even something small is worth pursuing instead of being randomly devoured by the monsters. Let's keep our ears open, and maybe something will turn up.
  24. This is Marcus Monkey signing in! I'm eager to start destroying this evil demon cult. If you ever crave an apple (or even applesauce), you're always welcome to come pay me a visit! You know what they say: an apple a day keeps the demons away.
  25. Agreed! I'm looking forward to it too. Thanks for the heads up.
