Beatrice's story just doesn't add up. On top of that, it sounds exactly like the role from Zed's book, so I have no reason to trust her at this point. Especially if the reviver who resurrected Sebastien didn't consciously do the same for her. I say we vote her off, unless another, better suspect emerges.
-
Speak for yourself. Because the sword killer killed a Rogue, they're definitely not part of that faction. The weird Witch-hat rifle-carrying figure is a town vigilante according to Harriet. This is a crazy game-of-life with multiple people with similar roles, so it's a possibility that we have a second vigilante. But if they haven't contacted Harriet and joined the town communication network, like most important townies roles have, that raises a red flag in my mind.
-
My thoughts exactly. Charles did seem quite suspicious, but if he's revealed himself as important to Harriet, and Harriet trusts him, then that's totally okay. It's just a little surprising after there was so much accusation against him.
-
Wow. Definitely an active night. I'm glad we got another Rogue! May our dear Beatrice and Walter rest in peace. That's an interesting point. So Sebastien is the real one, and Coleman is the fool? I concur. Since there are three confirmed members, they're definitely more than one independent serial killer. Err... Hello! Sorry about yesterday.

Werewolf Mafia Confirmation & Discussion thread
Inconspicuous replied to JimBee's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Each new day feels like Christmas morning... I feel like a little kid again! It's so hard to wait. -
At the beginning of the voting, I felt like Sebastien was scum, but now I'm starting to agree with you. It seems there was way too much confusion behind the scenes, and we've embroiled an innocent investigator in our deadly net. I'm still hoping that he's scum, but if he's innocent, we at least have a few leads. Either way he's certainly going out with a bang.
-
Well, he certainly sounds scummy. I highly doubt there are two investigators that belong to the same faction that both have the title of Seer. Sebastien sounds more vague, like he was lying and faked being an investigator. It also sounds like Harriet would rather believe Gary, and of course she voted for Sebastien. I consider that enough evidence, so I will vote: Sebastien Vaughn/Shadows.

I miss you, Svelte! EB isn't the same without your fresh, witty reviews and awesome MOCs! Happy Birthday!

What a night! One killer was struck down, but two more emerged. Daniel was a rogue, but what factions could these other killers belong to? Another enemy faction? A vigilante or another Rogue perhaps? Gah, so many questions. Another very interesting play you've presented with us, Harriet. If it's true that Zed was the only werewolf, then that's excellent news for us. This Person 1 sounds suspicious, but if you believe they're a protector, it's probably better to keep their identity secret, so we don't lose a useful person to the night killers.

Why am I always late to the party? Stupid time zones nap times. I trust Harriet's judgment, and it was awfully suspicious of Mr. Sokern to defend Zed with such passion on the first day. Thus, I will vote: Adam Sokern/ sok17.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 5 discussion
Inconspicuous replied to eiker86's topic in Special LEGO Themes
These look mostly bland to me. A lot of repeats and add-ons to existing "themes". However, I simply love the mobster (violin case! ) the Eskimo, and the graduate. I feel that these are very unique compared to the others and look just great! I'd prefer it if Lego only did one good series a year. They're flying on and off the shelves, but with series like this, maybe it's not so bad that so many are coming out! I hope more future series are as good as Series 4. (1400th post! ) -
Happy Birthday to both of you! I hope you have some new MOCs and reviews in store for us this next year. Enjoy your special day, and I hope you guys get lots of rattling boxes.
-
I'm also going to wait, since I'm curious what else will be brought to the table. Especially anything concerning Person 4, who seems the most suspicious to me. Mr. Sokern heavily defended Zed, and to me it's still not clear whether that was a defense of a fellow werewolf or a stupid mistake on the part of a townie. Either way, I trust Harriet's judgment.
-
Good morning every... Oh my God! Poor Mr. Nathans! I barely knew him, but he always bought donuts and coffee from my general store. May he rest in peace. Excellent job to Harriet and the late Mr. Nathans for their succesful conviction of our first werewolf! It clearly made Nathans a target, but my interpretation is that a serial killer or third faction stepped in after seeing Mr. Nathan's tremendous capabilities as an enemy-hunter. Mr. Sokern, you defended Zed to the death yesterday, so there's definitely a big target on your back. Part of me says you're innocent, but that's the same way I felt about Zed yesterday, and look how that turned out! I'm going to trust Harriet's judgment here, and naturally I'm already suspicious anyways.
-
Well, earlier in the day, I thought that Zed made a stupid but innocent mistake, but after a nap, some time to think, and some new evidence, I feel like things have changed. This so called "ruse" that Arianna and Ebenezer uncovered sounds like pretty good proof to back the alleged slips that Zed made. (Bravo for your excellent interpretation, Harriet. ) I'm normally against first-day votes, but for a first day I feel pretty comfortable voting due to the amount evidence we've gathered. I know it seems a bit suspicious that I'm joining the bandwagon now, but this is the first time I've gotten a chance to catch up with new evidence being brought to the table. Harriet, I sincerely hope you and Mr. Nathans are correct in this. Thus, I vote: Zed Phillips / Zepher.
-
Mr. Sokern, you make some good points. If anything, my instincts are leaning towards Mr. Nathans too. It's one thing to want to vote, but another to speak with such conviction despite little to work from in the first place. It worries me how easily he seems to blame, and I find that suspicious. But I'm not going to be a hyprocrite and vote for Mr. Nathans. Like him, I have little to base a vote off of, nothing except suspicion and his strange pursuit of lynching Zed. Each day brings more information, even if it's something small. And sometimes something small is enough to light a chain of votes, like we've seen this morning. I'd just rather have that spark be a little brighter before the whole village explodes.
-
So you'd rather get lynched then try to survive with a revealed night action? What kind of priorities are those? Regardless of whether you're a werewolf or not, that's just stupid. This is true, and it is possible that you're telling the truth. It seems like many are afraid of the consequences for not voting, and desperately looking for even a scrap of 'evidence'. I'm not quite sure if that was a mental slip or an actual mistake. Personally, I think you're just a pathetic writer who doesn't even bother to read carefully.
-
I'm also worried by the thought of other factions. But if they're vampires, the Count would definitely be on my watch list. I don't want to make any assumptions (remember, he could have bad taste) but I can't deny that the thought hasn't crossed my mind.
-
Stop giving the Count such a hard time! For all we know, he just has no sense of fashion and bad taste in hair styles. He's taken us in, fed us, and is about to serve Scotch! Don't spoil the fun and jam a stake into the generosity of his heart.

Happy Birthday KimT! \ Keep up the awesome work making the Star Wars forum a force-moderated place of wonder.

Nothing like some good 'ol Cracker Pie. Although it would be easy to vote out all the sluts, I think we're better off playing Werewolf Mafia -
Thank you for this wonderful breakfast, Mr. Edgar! Same to you two, Fiona and Penelope. Your cooking abilities are certainly not as refined as my personal chef's skills, but I do appreciate the thought behind it. This could be a challenging day since I have no leads whatsoever and I suspect that none of you do either. But for now, let's just mind our own breakfast and have a good morning.

Why yes I am! Speaking of which, why aren't you working? You better work overtime after we get rid of all these wolves, sluts, and vampires. Pass the German Mathematics books, please. -

Hellooooo ladies. Ignatius Conan here. I'm a single, rich, and dashingly handsome store owner. You're welcome to come hang out at my place tonight! But when it gets later, try not to howl too much, or the neighbors will call the police. -
It's only been a month or two since Eurodina but it feels like forever since I've played in one of these games. Count me in, please! Dystopia was a rather short ride for me, so hopefully I'll get to stay in one of your games longer.
