    No bad.. you have several good vintage sets + good MOC from book 200 and 6000... But the road plates are little bit odd.. it maybe better to have only using 1 pattern of road plates... My town/city is much bigger than your one but I use 1 set of road plates.. and it looks definitely better.

    No, I am still using my 80s style road plates and I am much more happy to use them instead to replacing the new one especially my town is so big...........

    ..............ah... great idea.. never think about it! We can just change the "jail" into the library - ie. stationery storage - then become perfect!

    Agree! When I know that's police station, I definitely hate it! That's no way especially I have 3 police stations (one demolish, one of the change to office), more than 80 policemen, 10+ police motorbikes, 10+ police vehicles, 4+ police helicopters.... This building end up like this... At least we can change it to library/court house/office/town hall so easily... At least better than the fire station.... (Which is the only modular I have not bought in my town ) This is not my favorites at all, but I could consider to buy it if that's some big discount later on in 2021 or 2022

    the only good news is that means I can save money until 2020 to buy a new modular! I don't have Fire Station in my modular - and I definitely not interested to buy modular Police Station. I own 7744 and get about 50 policemen/10+motobikes/10+police vehicles. What's the point I get another one?!

    Thanks so much fo4saken! City Centre looks really bad at the back, it's too easy to build from MOC The Modern house should be using 24 x 16 base.............. I am thinking about 8403 for town house.... but seems the new 60291 doesn't look really good. *or saying* too simple

    I am thinking exactly the same as you! Horrible sets in 2021! What's wrong with Lego City since 2010? The Fire series looks absolutely horrible. The camp van is exactly similar as few years ago.... The City Centre.. never looks like a Centre in any city.... and the new road system.. just horrible! I would like to see the interior design of the modern family house to comment this set.. Because it's really hard to say from the front view.

    Truth.. I am still rebuilding it in weekends..... and actually I love classic town more than City :D One of the major project for this town is I need to rebuild the Lego that I had it when I was child, start to rebuild it as most of them were completely breaks down. (Of course, I needed to send them from my hometown - Hong Kong, sent it to where I live now - Sydney) However I could not be able to make all those sets - these are the sets I could rebuild it.

    Hi all, I haven't posted my town since 2008, 10 years later, I have been moved to my new place and finally I can start to build my town in my garage... this is the start of year 2018........ Then at the end of last year...... finally most of the sets were 'built' under those sets and it looked like that....

    I can confirm this report is the "right one" yesterday I bought Ferrari F40 and Brick Bank with 30% off in Sydney CBD store. However it's because nearly the end of the sales so there are not many exclusive sets in there... so good luck if you want to get something today...

    it maybe not the best deal, but I got 6409 Island Arcade for AUS$25 with original box and instruction. (selling price in 1993, AUS$31.24)

    I am really disappointed that Miranda's Big W was opening in midnight and they didn't show it in website clearly. When I went there @8.30am (supposed their opening hours), Heartlake dog show was gone... I could only pick Seaside house only

    I just goto website to have a look.. however that's problem!!! Yes - it's saying Lego Recycle Truck for $25.97.... however the Lego number is wrong - Recycle Truck is 4206 The website is showing 4432 - which is Garbage Truck only... maybe you need to double check what you will get it first...this is my advice..
