  1. I would also support smaller contests for bragging rights or maybe for one of those symbols that goes under your information? (sorry I don't know what there called)
  2. The helicopter looks great and I'm looking forward to the base. Great use of the exo-force pieces for the rotors, they fit right in.
  3. You would choose Majisto over the one in your avatar?
  4. Nice MOC and I love the poem. It's always nice to have a story/poem to go along with the MOC.
  5. The clock is great. It looks recognisable with only a few parts.
  6. This looks promising. I love national Treasure to so it's not a problem that they sound similar. The cast is great too, with plenty of personality. Nice Job.
  7. Really I've got quite a few islanders and none of them are yellowed. I could se how it would happen though because it's printed on yellow. That was the only problem with the figs though, lack of diversity.
  8. Yes someone voted for Pete! Pretty good for a captain without a real boat.
  9. The same thing happened to me, The last on I remember getting was the Pirate one.
  10. Maybe you could take a picture of all of them together, that would be simply amazing. Is the 2nd island in a different scale than the others? for some reason it looks smaller.
  11. It looks like it came with this http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=258pb09 as the car. Edit: Sorry didn't see that post above. Thats the same car from the link.
  12. Is this it? http://www.peeron.com/scans/236-1/
  13. Thanks I'm glad you liked it!
  14. I really like this, it has a great factory feel to it while still looking good. Not sure i want to know what goes into sausages though.
  15. What I liked the first one and was looking forward to the second one. How did it compare to the first one? (If you have seen it) I love this movie. It is the perfect example of why PIXAR movies are not only for little kids. I'm going to see it again on thursday.
  16. I think there where some old sets that came with (human sized) soccer balls a few years ago but I'm not sure if it was this one. I'd try peeron, they seem to have everything.
  17. Another reason I wish I could go. Looks great I can't wait to see pictures.
  18. Inventors Log: June 28, 1866 The first and last test run of Apparatus #406, Civilian Transport Mech. They said it couldn't be done but after 2 months of building I am finally ready to unveil the future of transportation, the Civilian Transport Mech. I have challenged Richard Dudgeon of New York to a contest for the vehicle of the future and I am confident that I have won. - Sir. Thomas Brickregaurd This was my first attempt at Steampunk and I wanted to try something I had never seen before, a mech with wheels. Larger pics. on Flickr
  19. I hope this is a first of an adult clothing line. I would love to have the classic space torsos as real shirts. Even if this is made for older kids though it will still be to small for me. Could work in kids sizes for those short AFOL though.
  20. I'm going to disagree on this one. I would love theme park based sets. They could do the monorail, Cinderella's Castle, Thunder Mountain (with the new 4 wide track pieces), The Tower of Terror. This would literally be a dream come true as I love the Disney Parks and have been at least once every year of my life.
  21. I voted for more original TLC themes too. I fully support he Indiana Jones and Star wars licenses but Ben 10? Does lego want another Avatar? The only good thing to come out of this will be new parts and some interesting figures.
  22. I can read the green alright but in general colored text bothers me. I'm not saying you should change it because yours is fine. What I don't like is when paragraphs are done with each sentence a different color. Then the color becomes so distracting I can't read it.
  23. They have a tile for every other 1 x something plate so it really doesn't make sense. That can be done with a 2x1 and 1x1 tile actually. It would be useful only if you had only the two sides connected to studs and nothing in the middle.
  24. I use my old sets for parts most of the time but if I need anything new in a large set or quantity then I go to Bricklink. I wish I could go to a PAB but I only go about once a year because it's so far away.
  25. Not exactly an accessory but I found that this torso works well for armada troops: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=973px90c01
