  1. I would love sets based on UP, I was just thinking of MOCing the spirit of adventure too. A new dog mold and a balloon mold would be great.
  2. This is a great use of water in a display, I'm gonna have to try that some time. I like the sunken ship the best.
  3. The soldier is screwed. When will you too realize that the pirates always win? :pir-skull: Back on topic, great MOC I love the rock and it's a nice transition from SNOT to regular. The shark is my favorite, nice job creating a sense of movement. The only thing I don't like is that the water has studs except for where the shark is but thats something that couldn't be helped.
  4. This is huge and in my opinion the best ship I have seen without the hull pieces. Great Job.
  5. I already saw this on Flickr too. The way you pose his legs is perfect, I might have to use that some time.
  6. Revenge of the Sith is the best in my opinion. I love the old ones buy seeing the old and new ones connected in one movie was incredible. Return of the Jedi is second.
  7. Welcome to Eurobricks. I would try out the Eurobricks Reviewers Academy if you want to learn how to take better pictures.
  8. Welcome back from your dark ages and to Eurobricks. I'm sure you'll have fun here.
  9. I voted No preference. I like both but not together. It breaks things up for me in that some most themes use yellow while when I build space, Harry Potter, or Indiana Jones I like to use flesh.
  10. YESS! Finally I can go to one as I go to Florida ever year in March! This is a dream come true. I really hoe this goes through, and I would like it to be as close as possible to Orlando.
  11. There's also this for some inspiration if you want to make it smaller.
  12. That's what they look like. It's a nice way to get two of them too, I can't wait.
  13. Great article I enjoyed reading it. It's nice to see the history of a line every once and a while. I can't wait for the Pirate one.
  14. It looks good but I don't know if I would rather buy this or more of the smaller vehicles. It is nice to finally get a base for the Power Miners.
  15. It looks like it works well. What do you think would happen with a printed torso though?
  16. Hm... they all seem to have Tusken Raiders in the backgroud. I voted the first on though, it just looks good for some reason. (and It also kind of reminds me of Kermit the Frog)
  17. It's a pirate's life for me!! I also like Islanders though.

    MOC: Cars

I like the red one the best but maybe thats because it's not digital. For some reason the color of digital bricks always looks off to me. Nice job on the front of the red one, that's my favorite part.
  19. This happened to me once so I know how annoying it is. This should help though. At the top of each topic, there is a 'Options' menu. Clicking this menu will expand the options menu. You can also select one of three topic display modes: Outline - shows you one post with a list of the remaining posts at the below it, in tree format. Standard - this display mode shows the topic in the standard layout of one post above another, in the order selected by the administrator. Linear+ - is similiar to standard with the added benefit of having the first post of the topic always shown at the top, no matter what page of the topic you are on. I think you want standard. Hope this works.
  20. I don't know about every piece but a sky scraper or hot rod with a lot of chrome would be fantastic.
  21. Thanks guys I have never seen these before. Next time I go to the Lego store I'll be sure to pick one up.
  22. I know thats my biggest problem with licenses. TLC seems to get one build a few sets for it and drop it way to fast. I would love to see the Disney license and the Indiana Jones license continue as long as Star Wars. Look at Batman those sets where way to short, as they stopped shortly after the release of The Dark Night when they could have had a huge growth in sales.
  23. I was thinking to myself how nice it would be if there was a Eurobricks Group on Flickr and then I realized that I had never actually bothered to look. Turns out there is one right here. The only thing is I don't believe many people know about it as there are only 163 members. I'm sure more there are more people than that on Eurobricks using Flickr so I thought someone should spread awareness to the people of Eurobricks because I've never seen anything on this sight about it. Once again here is the link: Eurobricks on Flickr Everyone is free to join so if you use Flickr to upload your pictures you can join here.
  24. I totally agree. I think they could do a boy and girl theme with a mix of system and belville parts. Im guessing they would sell as well and that would mean more useful parts for the rest of us. (those sets have more big pieces than the jack stone line) I'm not a 9 year old girl thought so I'm not sure I'm the right target audience for these.
  25. A Chrome cheese! They look great, this might be the first custom parts I'll buy.
