Ebay is what it is. It used to be the goldmine of deals, but now its as much of a store as amazon. Everything has a price, and something is only worth as much as someone else is willing to pay for it. Out of production sets are obviously going to fetch more money since they are not readily available, its supply and demand at its finest. I rarely use ebay to buy anything anymore, unless its out of production, and then I know I'm going to pay a premium as I should. Why should someone sell you something that they have been storing this whole time and know its no longer being made for the same price as it would have cost when they bought it years ago? Its just good business. The greedy part of me agrees with your rant, but the sensible side of me understands why its happening and it makes sense.

Correct, I think the cannon as a piece is too specialized to be in the pick a brick catalog, but that doesn't matter when you have bricklink which often matches or beats the pab price.

Very nicely done, I love the smooth look of everything. The multiple levels with a half cut open type of view is my favorite view for multilevel scenes.

Well my wife and I are going to babysit for my nephew, I'll have my phone, and I will be checking in, but I have an inckling that Sok117 and MrLegoninja are scum, but proof is needed. With minimal participation as of late (last hour or so), I need to make sure my card gets played, and since I may not be able to check in for a few hours, I'm going to do what I feel is best for the Townies. I'd like to investigate Roweena Karnata death I feel that if combined we show that Sok117 was lying, that will be enough for me to cast my vote against him.
