do you read through the instruction book before buiding?
Big Cam replied to happymark's topic in General LEGO Discussion
That is a great question, I flip through it really quickly and sometimes I stop on a page to study what is going on, but for the most part, I follow the instructions. I mean it's a set for a reason. -
I doubt it is from Eurobricks or the advertising. If I am not mistaken the advertising is google ads. If this is the case I severely doubt that google ads would have viruses. Which anti virus software do you use? I haven't seen anything on either of my computers or my phone (android). I've had an anti virus program tell me I got a virus from my previous forum addiction site (clubrsx). It turned out it wasn't from that site but the anti virus thought it was. Viruses are tricky, now I am not claiming your wrong but anti virus programs are usually a rip off, regular cleaning of your PC will do you much better than having an anti virus program.

Mr. Repost - I called myself this for reposting my own find in a thread somewhere, luckily Rick pointed out my flaw, If my profile views serve me correctly, I think it was LuxorV who gave me this one. ALSO the thread has been fully updated.

That's what great about this thread, it is sharing new music with others.

I got this set from my father in law, I primarily only collect Pirates and Star Wars but he's not really an involved family member if you know what I mean, BUT I love getting random LEGO because then I get parts that I would have never originally decided to buy. Oh, he also gave me a hundred bucks which will be heading towards the Black Pearl, once it's back in stores. My local Target was cleaned out of literally almost all LEGO.

The spelling with the K is also acceptable, it depends on the Language and probably the area as well, since even within the same countries, sometimes things are spelled differently.

Review: 9489 Endor Rebel & Imperial Trooper BP
Big Cam replied to mutley777's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I'm going to be getting a few of these for sure. I really wanted the $100 endor set mainly for the figures and these guys are the main selling point for me, so I'll definetly have a few of these. Thanks for the great review as well, I love knowing what I'm getting into when buying sets! -
Excellent review, I'm excited with how detailed these clones are getting. I've never been a fan of droids, so a battle pack of all clones would suite me better, but you can't complain.

I would actually say it's faster than before. My phone was where I noticed the slow down the most (pre-upgrade) and now it loads like it did before. But on my laptop it is noticeably faster. So overall I'd assume the extra resources are making a difference.

LEGO has a reputation of making ports and not filling them with guns.

I think it's a fun picture and I'm glad to see those who are in a situation where they need to protest are still able to have some fun out of it with LEGO. As long as this doesn't turn into a political debate (which I'm sure it won't). It's fine here in the Community.

Seeing as your only two topics since you've joined have been advertising your own site, I'd suggest you ask the permission of the Admins before promoting yourself anymore. -
I just hope you weren't serious.

Big Cam replied to Zerobricks's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
That is very cool, I'm not a huge technic fan, so to be honest I came into this thread thinking the title was a typo, but damn that is cool. I love the power it has and how much like a real RC car it acts. It looks fantastic, one day I may have to get into the power functions stuff. -
Yes, it's a common expression in the US. Like "You nailed it on the head" like the head of a nail. Basically saying this is pretty perfect.

Mister Phes rules the Pirate forum with an iron fist and at the time Skalldyr was Classic-Pirates.com blogger.

I had my honeymoon in Mexico and we visited done Mayan ruins, man these bring me back. I think they are very accurate to your pictures and even if the pictures were not there for reference, I think they would still be pretty recognizable.

I would buy that Rancor from TLG if they'd make it. Simply WOW.. Just wow.

I love the close up shot, that looks like what this was created for. For some reason the white bricks look a little faded, I'm not sure if it's the bricks themselves or the flash. It kind of takes away from the scene, but it's still awesome.

I totally remember this. Too funny, for some reason it's funnier now. Z, you'd better not tarnish the Pirates Star Wars relationship, we've lived in peace for over a millenia.

You're like a Savant when it comes to building LEGO anything. The interior structure alone impresses me, and Siegfried is right, you nailed this. I'm all for painting parts if there is no LEGO alternative, as long as you can match the color and make it look good. Check! Brilliant.

Review: 6857 The Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape
Big Cam replied to halomaster96's topic in LEGO Licensed
I appreciate the early review on a new set, but these pictures make the review pretty hard to read, almost everyone is blurry. I'd suggest investing in a tripod. Also how do you get 98/100 when you only have 6 categories of 10 each? The fig's do look awesome, it's great to see all the new specialty fig's LEGO is getting to make.
