  1. Even though I wasn't here at the time, I am now good friends with a lot of the current staff. There is something to be said about leaving dirty laundry in the hamper. What happened doesn't concern anyone who wasn't involved. At least that's how I see it. If I had a falling out with some friends, I wouldn't want someone who wasn't involved years later asking questions about it. If someone involved feels like responding differently they can, but I am going to lock this.
  2. T Hinckley is the Alfred to Siegfrieds batman, the Little John to Jipays Robin Hood, the..... Well, he's Hinckley and he's a pretty good guy, except for when he's not. Also like titles, the best way to NOT get one is to ask for one. Titles and tags just happen when you actively participate and contribute to the forum. Also on occasion if you screw up real bad, you might wake up to something new in your profile.
  3. And that is where I got my "fun of it " motto.
  4. The mystery is the fun of it. I think you looked to hard, the topic Rick pointed out is pinned in this forum.
  5. Them bitches are sharp too. So I've heard. I hear things you know.
  6. That 20% was just what I was waiting for to get this ship. Mine showed up in great condition too, the box only had a tiny dent. As a future review, I like the boxes nice.
  7. As good of a MOC as this was, please refrain from bumping old topics to say thing like, great job or it looks good. Thank You
  8. Dude, that just made my day! This video is so worth 7 minutes of your life.
  9. They will be showing up one day after another from the 31st until the 2nd. Good work.
  10. Buwahahahaha, I love it. Such a simple story yet so well done. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  11. I had no idea the amount of detail, that was going into the figs this time around. I'll definitely get at least 2 of these)
  12. Image is a link to purchase one if you'd like. Taken from Gizmodo.com If you love Lego, this Moleskine probably makes you your heart tingle just a little bit. Moleskine notebooks aren't just a gimmick—they're design classics created because there's a satisfaction to knowing you are putting your ideas down into a somesthing beautifully crafted. It shows you take pride in the work. In that way, Moleskine and Lego are a perfect combination. What better place to draw out your plans for your next project? Don't have one? Here's the one I would do. Not particularly my cup of tea, but I do love seeing new LEGO products.
  13. Islanders commandeering a ship. I also merged your two Islanders threads since they are going down the same path.
  14. That's weird, it's great for me. I just updated some indexes with literally hundreds of pictures in the thread and they all loaded very quickly. Sounds like your internet is timing out.
  15. Oh, Damn, you make some great looking MOC's and it's refreshing to see such nice photography as well. The story has me intrigued, I think I'll wait and blog all 3 at the same time. I will wait and blog all 3 together.
  16. I just got an email that this is available in the US for LEGO VIP members only, the only reason I'm posting is because it's only $79.99, which has me excited enough to buy. I wonder why they reviewer had to pay $99.99?
  17. I don't know if this is the same guy or not, but according to some LEGO set expert this guy holds the record. Captain Kyle Ugone isn't just a Navy bruiser—he's a man of finesse, and a lover of small plastic bricks. So much so that he's erected a staggering 1,091 Lego sets, earning him the title of world champion. According to American Forces Press Service, "Rooms in his Yuma home look as if they belong in a Lego Land theme park, containing hundreds of completed Lego sets separated by genre, such as space, trains, castles and 'Star Wars' sets, displayed on tables and shelves." You wouldn't think he'd have the time to do all of this while also being a Marine Corps Captain, but hey, the best and the brightest! Now what's he going to do? Destroy it all. His post-record move is extremely zen: "Ugone is slowly taking the sets apart for storage to regain some of the square footage in his home. He's taking a break from collecting Lego sets, planning instead to focus more of his attention on restoring a classic muscle car. DoD
  18. Um......... Wow. Speechless right now. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  19. So I ended up here by mistake, but I took the time to look around your "about me" page and it is impressive.

  20. Wow, this is awesome, I am in love with that bar. The entire room has a Harry Potter feel to it. I'm not sure why, regardless I like it a lot. The story has the allure to keep us wanting more, I hope you deliver. I will wait and blog all 3 together.
  21. I know it was a joke, I just thought it wasn't funny.

  23. Great intro, welcome to the site!
  24. I think pictures might help since there are more than one type of hat that have appeared in the CMF line.
  25. Wow, this is awesome. I actually like the official black pearl although it is too small. Yours is a great size, perfect maybe. This deserves a spot on classic-pirates.com
