Blackseas barracuda. I built it when I got it in Minneapolis at my grandmas house. Brought it completely assembled in a car for 9 hours home, and then it was left in tact until last year when I took it apart and cleaned all the bricks, So 19 years.

Nice review, some white paper fora background would have helped you, the coloring on your table is distracting. As for the set, I think it's nice and funtional. Very small and a tad tall, but real life police boats always have sirens and lights up way to high. I think for how cheap it is and for what it is, it's a great set. Nice job on all the pictures too!

I agree, getting rid of trans-black would be a mistake. I wonder what the reasoning is, did it just suddenly become a problem?

After reading the other thread again, it's best to just change it back one hour and have DST set to auto, then the time is correct. And I can certainly live with that.

If you uncheck DST or set it to auto that should set it back to only one hour off. At least it did for me.

As much as these all seem like a dream, I feel this could really be a possibility. Maybe this is the real reason the Pirates line got cut off after coming back so briefly. LEGO knows what makes money and I think they should capitalize on this, I would definetlay be more encouraged to collect the PoTC sets as opposed to the regular pirates sets. I'm sure there are others like me as well. Of course I'm sure there aren't, but only time will tell,.

Wouldn't that be the first double sixded face for a regular human in the SW line? I would love it if they did that, but he'd have to have a hood on in the set otherwise you'd see the other face on the bak of him. Or they could give him the big fluffy coat like Han had in this years set.

I really think it's just a wear and tear issue, constantly holding them or hansdling them will cause this. If they warm up at all, then combine that witha bit of rubbing and lik ementioned before all the grease on your fingers and you have a recipy for disaster. I guess the only thing you cna really do is be careful and mindful when handling them. Always knowing what part you are touching, ans so forth.

Twist it. Slowly twist it araound and around, slowly pulling up when you do. I don't suggest a plyers as that cpuld permenetaly crush that valuable head.

OK, I hear you now. Dang, I think your best bet would be a Spartan helmet that you alter. For $1.50 it's probably your best bet. If Brickforge doesn't makes them, I doubt you'll find anything better. Sorry I wans't much help.

Wow, this is excellent. It looks like a LEGO original set for sure. I love the mannequins, that is such a good idea. This would look right at home next to the Cafe Corner, although it'd be a small block.

What a stunning review, I really think your review makes me want this set more and more. Plus that lighted brick is pretty cool. The scene is just so well thought out, and your pictures are superb. Great review on a set I cannot obtain through normal channels
