It sure is. I took an extensive amount of time building this set to make sure I don't miss anything after seeing a thread a few month back on the guy who needed help finding the 2 1x2 slope pieces. I'm sure it's a possibility that it's not suppose to be extra but I'm 99.9% sure it's an extra. Thanks for the compliments on the pictures.

Did you actually see the mini sw sets in Target, or are you just saying you saw them om brickset, because brickset does not indicate what is sold in US stores. As I have yet to see the mini's in any store.

I was at Target yesterday and they did have a few impulse sets but no holiday orniments, I only found those at Toys R Us. I've noticed Toys R Us is the oly place to carry ant Castle, Wal-Mart and Target had none. sorry, didn't mean to hijack your thread.

MOC: "We should have blown it after we left..."
Big Cam replied to Clonecommando007's topic in LEGO Town
Excellent!! Everyone needs to watch the slideshow, you get the full story. I really love your angles that you shoot with. You get shots that real photographers would get in a crazy hold up type scenario. I do wish there ws one of the inside alot earlier in the slideshow as I kept wondering until the end. I also appreciate the trees that are in the way alot of the time because that's exactly how it would be in real life, you sneak around trees to just catch a glimpse of the robber. Just excellent! Great work! -
winner winner chicken dinner Seriously though, your imagination is the limit.

A better chance than before , YES A chance of actually happening , NO

The white teeth confuse me but otherwise I think this is very nice. The side of the board is especailly appealing. You sure are creative with dismantling minifigs to get your desired look. Not somthin I'm a fan of but it does go well with your story. Good luck with your entry!

I think this question is too complex to be answered one or the other. Obviously the grey roadplates with actual roads on them are better for MOC's with streets in mind. But if I was going to build a modular building, I'd want all the studs there so green would be my choice.

LEGO Cloaks with hood - Question
Big Cam replied to General Magma's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Those are sweet. All the holsters would make for some excellent fig accesories. I would also assume it would not be too difficult to make them yourself with a little bit of cloth. -
After reviewing the full sized images on flickr, I have a question. Is the red light in the last shot suppose to be there, also what is it?

Wow, these are surprisingly good. I was skeptic coming into the thread but I was shocked. They are very accurate and fun looking. Great work.

What Ever Happened to the Train Engine Shed?
Big Cam replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Very informative and entertaining. Although I don't collect these trains, I am facinated by trains. My dad is an Engineer for BNSF so I've always been around trains. Being that I can't own every single LEGO set ever, it's nice to see topics like this that allow me to kind of live the life od a train collector in a few mintues. I hope there are new trains in store for 2010, heck, maybe I'll pick one up. Thanks Brickster. -
So I have set the time zone back one hour and in my control panel it shows my correct time, btu when I search and view other recent posts, it shows them happening one hour in the future, but when I post it shows my time? EDIT: OK, after i post the search results show the correct time. I'm done trying to figure it out.

No pliers I hope?

Is it the norm for LEGO to list the new SW sets in comic form first??? It makes me wonder that just because it's in a comic does history show us that these will be sets??

This deserves a place in a museum. They are in such nice condition as well. Thanks for sharing.

There is a MOC that I just read yesterday and it used a creator piece with two LED's. I'm searching like crazy to find it. They looked much better than the lighting bricks. EDIT: found it. I'd use what he used. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=34910

Very nice. I enjoyed your pictures where you compare the LEGO version to the real thing with the studs numbered. Very accurate. These giant trains with the huge boilers are what I think of when i think of a steam engine. Great MOC!

At first I laughed at the first one since his hair reminds me of Bob Ross the painter, btu after looking at it longer, it makes sense that his hair would be longer like that. The gas mask works pretty well. The choice of torso and legs is great.

I'm really digging all these new games that LEGO is producing. Great review, this looks like a good way to get lots and lots of jewels. Have you played it yet? Is it fun as an actual game?
-
I don't like the points at the front and the back. Otherwise I think if those were removed, it would look good. The engine design is a cool idea as well.
-
Very impressive. The tiles used to allow the top level to come over is brilliant. I really like your design, it holds true to the older actual LEGO sets but in a larger scale and a little more accurate. The dungeon area is just cool. Great job!

Banning 4wd from shopping centers??? That's almost like rqacism but with cars, that's ridiculous. What if it's your only vehicle. I really don't see how that could ever pass to law.

How do you store you Lego / works in progress?
Big Cam replied to Paul B Technic's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Usually in the lightbox where I take pictures of my sets, in the compuiter room with the door closes so my dog can't get to them.
