  1. Wow, I'm impressed you conjured this up in only 2 hours. It looks as good as any technic set I've seen.
  2. Welcome to the forum, I think we are all bargin hunters deep down. I'm always happy to see parents being interested in things their children do.
  3. Great building, I really like the spiral staircase and wood floors. Very original.
  4. I really like this, it reminds me of Link's cottage in The Legend of Zelda: a link to the past. Best game Nintendo ever Mead IMO. Nice work.
  5. This totally reminds me of the lord of the rings, in the 3rd movie when they get to Thank bad guys place. Sorry, I forget his name. I really like the presence it has with the tall height, and the long smooth lava flow looks very dark and sinister. Great MOC!
  6. Nice work Skalldyr, Very nice of you to share your instructions.
  7. Nice work, the lighting on the top really makes it for me. All service trucks need the traffic directinnrlighting, so kudos there. The back does look a little bare, but it sounds like that is being worked on.
  8. I Think this will feel at home on the classic-pirates.com front-page. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  9. Awesome work. I love it when I get to see a picture so I know what to expect and then get blown away by how much life got added into the scene. I would rather look at your creation than the original. There is so much feeling involved. I really like it, it tells so many little stories.
  10. To give you a direct answer. NO, you cannot. If you have a valid reason to, any moderator has that ability, but there is no guarantee that they will. Now I'm not on the staff, but I have moderated others forums in the past, and this setup is pretty standard across the board. It makes the moderators job easier if everyone isn't changing thread titles all the time.
  11. 1st Randal 2nd Bricknave 3rd The Inventor Good game everyone, what do we win with zero votes?
  12. Thats impressive. Do you have a higher resolution picture? If so maybe this could get squeezed onto the Classic-Pirates.com frontpage.
  13. Welcome to the forums. You don't have to come by often to be active. Come by whenever you like!
  14. Wow, This is by far my favorite so far. The basement is awesome. I love the walls, you've obviously seen a real mancave basement before. The details just kill me, they are all perfect. Just enough and not too much.
  15. The collectable fig's are a strong selling point for returning AFOL's. Welcome back, hopefully you can manage some loyalty to both brands.
  16. Love it. It's just amazing how you make them look perfectly to scale. The orange was a good choice. Thanks for the instructions too!!
  17. Nice pieces lightningtiger. I like the cement saw best, what a clever use of the buzsaw piece.
  18. I love all the chrome accesories BA offers. I might have to get more.
  19. Sounds like a nice collection. Welcome to the forums!
  20. You may call it a basic design, but I call it a great design. The proportions and scaling look about right, which for me is sometimes hard to get. It looks fantastic too, as do the builgins aa your backdrop.
  21. A halloween VIG from the ex-gizmodo LEGO construction guy. There is a zoomed out view too with the setup shot too, just click the picture for the link.
  22. Hahaha, I love it, it was a good design by itself but the last picture made me laugh.
  23. Very nice, it looks like it is straight out of a Mafia Game. The different depths of the building really add alot to the design. Nice work!
  24. I don't understand the reference but then again I'm from the US, so I'm not familiar with Dr. Who. The LEGO work is noce though. Good Luck
  25. Special indeed. The plot thickens
