  1. I like it, it's in the classic winter style and looks good.
  2. Congratulations, that's awesome news!! I hope you can provide pictures for us on the other side of the pond who will likely never get to see it!
  3. Welcome to the forum. I must ask is your user name based after Resevoir Dogs?
  4. I must say, I really like your photography style, you're good with angles and bokeh. I was shocked when I saw you were using a point and shoot and not a DSLR.
  5. ya, expanded universe knowledge. I was hoping you included the Solo children when I saw your title. I like it overall, but that reddish orange chair is my favorite.
  6. Oh my goodness. So many trains. I'm shocked by the number of trains and amount of track. I think my favorite part is the under construction area, it add's a sense of realism to it. Really cool, I'm jealous of your collection.
  7. Awesome, just awesome. I love how they all have their own seperate stories. I think my favorite is Alabama bones. Just his pose with the cape that looks like it is perfectly flowing in the wind. Really great job. Where these for a contest of some sort, or just for fun? If so you've outdone yourslef, any one would make a good MOC by itself.
  8. Wow, DO NOT let that go. I've never known of anyone to own one. You're a lucky duck.
  9. lightingtiger! Wow, I don't know how I missed this thread but I had the pleasure of just looking through all the updates. A few things. I love your red cahir, I love your ceiling fan, and I love the fountain drinks, and the beer of course. This will ook great next to your motorcycle shop. I'll check back. As you say, keep on brickin!
  10. Stunning, this definetaly deserves a frontpage. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] I love all the fun details. Canons in the windows, the brig at the top, is that an anchor in the sidewalk I love it, very creative and it honestly looks like a building on one side with sails on the other. Very creative and fun. It'll be on the blog in a few hours. Keep your eyes out for it!
  11. I think it's rather nice, very Christmas like with the white. can see it sliding right in between other modular builds.
  12. This is a pretty impressive map of Europe, with landmarks and everything. Check it out.
  13. Although I am a star wars Guy at heart, I think town has to get my vote. Its the most versatile theme, and has been around the longest. You can use a 30 year old town set with today's new sets and They all play together perfectly. Town
  14. Happy birthday! Dang, now I want cake.
  15. Your my shadow, and I'm yours. The irony is killing me.
  16. You're not alone, I believe I made a thread like this around a year ago. Look at me now.
  17. I think this describes this thread best. Maybe it's time to kill it, since we all now know my horrible secret.
  18. Unfortunetaly that's one of the downsides of Shop @ Home. They often have free shipping on $100+ orders, which I know isn't an excuse but it helps. I usually buy everything from targets and wal marts unless it's a Toys R Us exclusive, then I occasionally buy it at Tpys R Us, unless I can get a deal fro Shop @ Home. Smart Shopping is all you can do. Everyone wants their cut.
  19. Great start, I really like the train crossing, I don't know if I've seen that before.

Great contribution. This is a very open ended question. Do you have sets you plan to incorporate? Or are you building from scratch? In MOC's that I've seen in the past, obviously there are houses but to me there are 3 levels of City MOC's. Setup with some buildings Setup including buildings, roads, foliage, streetlights, all the extra stuff. Then all of that with a train or monorail incorporated. Those are just my ideas of different levels of complexity. With more info from you, we can give more precise answers.
  21. Interesting, I have been looking for something new to read.
  22. Why a little Lex and Terry of course.
  23. Nice, I was expecting a variation of the new karate minifigs, but yours looks good. I do think the face is a little too anime for Street Fighter.
  24. Um, wow! You've got my attention, and I am instantly a fan. I love your pictures, the layout is great and you have a nac for photographing. Count me in as excited for your film.
