Worth the cost to get into 9V now, with a huge investment in PF?

I personally would quit the group due to the silly requirements. There shouldn't be "technology" restrictions when you want to display what you enjoy doing. If you do decide to purchase 9v trains and track, do it because you want to for your own display. Not because of the requirements of a group.
