The blue wizards aren't going to be in the movies, so they will probably, probably not be included in Lego's license either. Note that Gandalf wasn't allowed to mention their names (Alatar and Pallando) as they aren't named in The Hobbit or The Lord of the Rings. New Line doesn't have the rights to the books where they are named. It's cool that they are still referenced in Orthanc. I think that's all we're likely to get.
