Well my trans-neon green Skull Scorpio mask just literally came in the mail today! It's a great looking mask. The light shines nicely through it and it looks spooky/ghostly too! Have a picture of me being silly with it. Gosh I look like a dork.... Just saw those Protector names! Finally unique names! YAY! PRAISE EKIMU! But still cool! A little disappointed of no female Protectoes....

If you look at the zoomed out pic of Skull Slicer wearing the MoJ, you can see Elemental symbols on parts of the arena (Fire and Earth are present). Just thought I'd share that .

Well, I'd just purchased the SDCC mask from ebay for $45! A good deal for such a mask I'd say. Also it's for my second favorite set of this wave too!

You guys should try using the HF Fangz's printed 4 & 5 sized trans shells in combination with the Toa/Protector piston piece! It looks AMAZING! But to stay more on topic: I'm guessing that the set's WILL come out on the 1st of August? If so.... THAT'S PERFECT! I'll have enough money to buy all 5 Skull Baddies (and Ekimu too!)! And then it's saving the remaining $250 to build my army. AWWWW YEAH.

But if this is true then what of Skull Slicer being a champion of the arena? Being a Champion implies long time experience fighting. Usually these commercials are non-canon, sooooo...As for Skull Grinder (Head-canon name is Grindorus) putting on the MoCr, if we're going by "servant of Makuta theory" maybe he's told to melt it down along with the other gold mask but decides to betray Makuta and take it for himself. This could in turn be what the combo model represents. Maybe the other combo model is what Grinder makes using the MoCr? This is just what I'm guessing at though.

To keep on the 2015 topic and 14K gold mask; People just need to grow up! Yeah it's a little disappointing that others haven't been posting pictures but you guys gotta understand: THE WINNERS CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH THE GOLD MASK. It's their property now and they might just want to keep to themselves. Also this contest was aimed at younger kids and I'm sure that their parents shall keep watch over something this valuable. Trust me I know, my parents done it for me. Just get over it people! Sheesh! Sorry just needed to vent and throw my two cents in.... again sorry.

Me too, I wasn't offended by it. You guys need to calm down. No need to get all up in arms. Let it go and don't lose your way folks. Did I really just make two song references? Anyways I'm still excited for this next wave! 7 Skull Warriors, 1 Skull Slicer (champion reasons), 3 Skull Scorpy-scors (best nickname is best), and 3 Skull Mini-Minotars here I come! Will also get MMVSG and then extras for the worthwhile combo models. And none of these are for moc purposes just want an army like I did for Skrall. 2 Spooky 2 Handle the Hype!

While we're talking Airjitzu sets at Tar-jay, I found Cole, Zane, and Morro at the Target in Gilbert, Az. So I bought Zane and Morro and I gotta say: THESE ARE FUNMAZING! I even came up with some clever tricks like making them bounce. You got to descend the handle base while launching the flyer to do this trick an it works best on carpet.

Any word of the new sets appearing in Arizona? I want to get those Airjitzu sets (specifically Kai and Zane) for my Sig-Fig.

I personally think that it depends on the contrast of clashing colors. Just look at combiners; most of the time their colors clash due to the major gradient difference of the sets being individually colored to a specific element (greens, light blues, purples, silver, and so on), but when you look at sets by themselves, like Gali MoW, her colors don't exactly clash. For example: If I was painting a Bob Ross style of picture I would use reds, blues, greens, browns, oranges, and many other colors. Would those be conidered "clashing colors"? Yes, but He knew how to work with similar colors to one another and his paintings turned out beautiful. This is why Gali's colors DO NOT clash together because they're similar in shading and tone. They work well together. So what I'm saying is that Gali MoW is like an underwater painting: You have your gradients of Azure, Tr. light blue, gunmatal, and silver which compliment each other not clash with each other. The ocean has many different colors in it. I took several Intro To Art classes in Jr. High AND High School; I should know this stuff.

Well being the artist that I am, I can say that Gali's colors ARE actually evenly distributed. I'm looking at her right now (Un-modded BTW) and to me they don't clash all that much. Now that I think about it Her armor reminds me of the LoZ TP Zora tunic.

Finding that Trans-Blue Gali mask will be like trying to go to Gensokyo, stop yokai, and use danmaku attacks; just impossible... (unless your Reimu or any other Touhou character ) I have low expectations that it'll be included in the activity book as well. LEGO and Bionicle are like Nintendo; They don't listen to the fans but when they do it's not exactly what they wished for. Fans deserve to be burned by companies though IMO. *disclaimer* I DO like LEGO and Nintendo BTW.

Ahhhhhhhh, those takes me back. Even though the latter comics weren't the best, they had that sort of charm.But anyways, looking at the animations for this year (as well as the story), I kinda been inspired to take animation classes for college. RWBY, Kill La Kill, and many others had helped with this. I wanna make some bionicle animations of my own in the future (also want to animate some TTV stuff I've found funny ). (Don't worry Eljay, I kinda did it to)
