Well technically, the "first" Ancient City concept art is the reversed one due to all other official media having the toa come from the same direction of the entrance as the Night-time one. The animations provide evidence. Soooo.... until we have official word from the Bionicle Story Team, I'm considering ALL promo stuff (russian stuff mostly) canon. Or at least the City Map; that's just too cool!

WOW! All this talk about set colors is very diverse in opinions... Personally, the colors of these sets don't bother me. It's just a toy in my eyes, and I'm 19! Red axels, blue pins, Metallic, and "Clashing Colors" - I've learned to let these things go. These are aimed at Kids 7-14 yrs. old and do they complain? I'm sure most of them don't, so why should we complain? We should just have fun and play! That's what LEGO is mean't for... But of course this is just MY opinion. Garrdus FTW!

Well since I stared the "multiple set/army topic", I guess that I should through in my two cents. Tuma's Legion: 5 Skrall, 2 Stronius, 2 Skrall Stars Mallums scouts: 3 Vorox Hero Factory Brain Attack: 3 Pyrox, 3 Ogrums, 3 Bruizers, 3 Scarox, 3 Frost Beasts, 3 Aquagons, 2 Dragon Bolts, and 8 Black Brain promos. WOW That's a lot of Brains! All of the Sets have been taken apart but the Brains are still on my shelf; They still technically count as villains IMO...

But it's a Magic Black Hole Staff! Ooooooo! With whimsy! Von Nebula probably has like multiple settings on that thing... huh maybe he can use it as an egg beater - super swirly-blades go! Anyways, back to Bonkles! I have been buying extra Protector sets to make some Villagers. When the Summer sets come out I plan on Buying 5 Skull Warriors and Skull Scorpios. Also want 3 Skull Bashers and Skull Slicers. WoooooooOooooo!!!! 2 Spooky.... Has anyone else bought extra sets for the sake of an army: Skrall, Bohrok, Vahki, Visorak?

Oh Yeah... Because Having a Black Hole hovering over an ENTIRE CITY is "sane". That and Stormer himself dubbed him as "Von Nutcase" (which was a funny scene btw - made me laugh) Does that classify Von Nebula as "sane'!? Comon man: Black Hole Staff! Doesn't get any crazier than that!

This post is so true. Von Nebula FTW! And I agree; sure if one looks at Hero Factory's characters, plot, and story by looking at it bare bones, but once you actually start paying attention to detail you can start to appreciate this Theme. As I always say: HEROES TO THE CORE!!! Whoo!

WOW! I'm also Onua! Which makes sense: I'm a quiet, keep to myself kinda person, friendly, and very shy in-person too (partly cause of my Autism). BTW: In terms of what locations are beyond Okoto; Maybe there was a mega-continent in the time before time - With two large mountain ranges (Western Mt of Valor and Eastern Mt of Wisdom), There could've been three giant lakes with Okoto being in the center one. This continent doesn't exist anymore due to past events though. Basically this mega continent would have landmarks that formed The Three Virtures. That would be an amazing nod to Gen 1!

Oh, I forgot to mention this on Sunday: When I went to the Chandler Mall LEGO Store, I met another Bionicle fan! I think he was the same age, not sure though. We where talking about bonkle/HF stuff briefly. Man, it's so awesome when you find another person who likes similar things. I hope that he's on here; maybe we can talk more... BTW I wish that there would be a LEGO Convention (I wanna show my MOCs!) here that would be cool but I guess Phx Comicon is good enough.

Wow, so much discussion of stuff... Cool! Anyways, I'm not sure if anybody brought this up but looking at the Forge in the ancient city, it looks like an anvil! The protrusions on the roof are asymetrical to give the building an "anvil Look". Clever.... see HERE

I wouldn't go as far as saying that these episodes are "far better" than Hero Factory's. That's like saying Kill la Kill's episodes are better than Panty & Stocking's episodes. There non't really comparable. They're two different series.Sure, HF had it's dull moments but the series is STILL enjoyable. You guys need to stop bashing Hero Factory... Also, how would you compare Hero Factory Eps to Bionicle Eps? Also be reasonable about this; HF deserves credit too!

I agree on this too. Like some people said; it would clash with the other colors. Sure, black and white pieces complement each other but then you add the greens, blue, and purple it just is overwhelming*. Not to mention there's also bits of red and orange in several of these sets too. Like Eljay and few others said, I think that these new bone pieces WILL be some shade of grey. Grey works better as a neutral color than white; you can add it to more color combinations.*Disclaimer: I ACTUALLY like when more colors are in sets. Even if the DO "Clash". I also like Skull Scorpio (Scorpy-Scor FTW) and LOSS too. BTW, Does that make me a hipster? IDK memes...
