  1. 1.Morgan 2.Randall 3.Capn Syke I have spoken. I sleep now. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  2. Merely rhyming speech is no cause for suspicion methinks. I do recall an insane night-killer who made a short poem about his murders every night, starting on the fourth, during America's Prohibition. Yesternight, I did send my faithful Renfield to stab the heart of the crooked Tim Burnest who had made it abundantly clear that he was a member of that accursed band during the previous day. I am glad to have chosen my target correctly. A night of mere investigation sounds safe enough, but it will likely end up with a few members unaccounted for, as many folks would pick the same suspicious plebeian. I hate to be the angel's advocate here, but I worry that this "investigation only" night will enable the Screaming zombies a night of free kills without fruition for we who are loyal. ~Vampyric Aristocrat

  4. Let's not do anything with stakes. I, Lord of our Southern swamps, hope to assist this endeavorer of eating the flesh of the living, though I will not take part in the eating. I'm a vampyre. I don't eat... Wine... Oh, wait that didn't make sense. Now I must get into the shade, this light is really damaging my skin. Good-day. ~Vampyric Aristocrat
  5. Twas the night 'afore Halloween and all through the field, every cawing crow was dead and the farmer had been killed. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  6. I am Compte Byron, Lord Vampyre of the southern swamps. I heard of the band's arrival from my loyal servant, Rensfield, and hope to aid in it's capture and ultimately it's defeat. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  7. Yes, the moment I've all been waiting for! The Halloween mafia game!I'll certainly make a character, but haven't the time this second for I must retire for the evening and my fist attempt (not shown) was quite rude to lawyers. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  8. that's NOT the Scariest thing you can do. I make myself a new costume each year. Last year I bought a Styrofoam grave-stone that matched the other gravestones in my yard and put a brown and green costume with turf on it and went into my graveyard and rose from the ground as my fog machine sprayed it's cloud over my walkway as the strobe light flickered, shouting. the year before that I was a blood soaked vampire in my coffin, when the kids came to my porch I leaped out. I love Halloween, but more on that later. Insectoid Aristocrat
  9. ! Those Egyptian Hieroglyphs are all fake! I wonder why TLC went through the trouble of designing their own hieroglyphs if a simple google search would have brought up real ones. I'm glad the web-sight is up and running and giving us (the decidedly impatient) a chance to gawk at their high quality sketches until actual pictures show up. Speaking of which, The falcon-mummy sketches look fantastic! I can't wait to get my grubby paws upon one (or preferably two.) ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  10. Hi! For the most part I love this new theme and most of the sets. Here are my thoughts on them in no particular order. My least favorite set, also the only one that I can say I don't like, is the sphinx, or Jackal Sculpture, or whatever it is. The head is well designed. That's it. The torso and limbs disgust me like no other brick-built creature has before. I know that Lego can design fantastic creatures with very few bricks, yet this monster looks as if, from the head down, it was built by an eight-year old. Now I don't mean to be offensive in my criticism, but that is how I feel. The concept is great and If I buy the set, which is unlikely, I may mod it, but I was really disappointed. I adore the cute giant dung-beetle in the smallest set. It's amusingly akin to Atlantis's giant crab set, and I must confess, I have a weakness for that sorta' thing (I bought 2.) My favorite set, considering all variables such as likely price, pieces, and overall presentation, has to be the one with the motorcycle; two black-dressed, khopesh and scarab-shield wielding mummies and a unique staff mounted on tan and dark tan bricks sounds very appealing. The snake set is meh, it's not that great in design and the snake's sail looks unusable for much of anything else. At first the plane set seemed incredibly stupid to me, but it's grown on me. I love the new wing and hat designs. They look fantastic! (But really, fying mummies?!) The Great pyramid is amazing, It contains a medley of the finest figures of the theme: the pharaoh, the up in the air junior bird-men, and the Anubis-like statues! Those statue-men are unbelievably awesome, and there are 2 of them! Great for symmetry! The pyramid itself is well built and very nice looking and the random giant scorpion isn't bad either. You'll notice I haven't mentioned the adventurers; what's to mention?! For an Adventurers-style theme, the adventurers are too generic. I'd prefer another named group with distinctive features. Anyway, I hope that there will be more god heads. I could really go for Sobek! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  11. Lovely! Upon first glance I could not tell why you sub-titled it "stunning stained-glass" however once I saw the first image of it, open in all it's shiny glory, I was stunned. The exterior does not match the majesty of the sparkling interior, yet it is not nearly bad. The detail on the inside is incredible. Good work! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  12. I too wish to ascertain the continuation of this promising theme. I worry, however, that it may have been a one year thing, and that year is up. I hope that my fears are vane because there is a great deal of room for expansion. ~Once again, Insectoid Aristocrat
  13. Very stylish, nice lighting too! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  14. Ohmygod! Sign me up! 1) I have played in Prohibition Mafia. I am currently playing in a mafia game outside of Eurobricks (corruption in the caves Mafia hosted by Brickme). In Adition I am in Red Moon the mystery game hosted by Hinckley, and have played numerous rpgs before (I DM a Dnd group) 2) As for HP, I've read all of the books (some more than once) and have attended many Harry Potter partys and have a large Harry Potter poster in my closet Among other HP paraphernalia...... ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  15. I like the wolflike longlegs. That name kicks serious butt! I may have to steal it! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  16. One point each to 6, 15, and 52 ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  17. I agree, the Indian head spear is great! _________________________________ @Dan the Brickman- not really. I adopted the name before I became a citizen. ~Insectoid aristocrat
  18. Hello Victor. First let me say that no one is too old for Legos and secondly, I can't wait to see your MOCs! Welcome to EU! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  19. Crap! I didn't finish mine in time! Ah well, when I take pics of it I'll give it it's own topic. It really sucks because I thought I could have won and had been working on it on and off since the beginning of the contest. at least I can still vote though! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  20. The Site's up! Behold! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  21. Jamiedodger you are bragenious! That face is just too perfect for MJ thriller! Wow. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  22. But.... The Bucket helmets... As for which one I like best, I would have to say Ogel Malak. (btw, where does that name come from) first off he has a torso printing, and second he has lighting, and third his face is much less over used. (speaking of which, he has a grey beard and black eyebrows, where as The magician has grey facial hair (including eyebrows)? someone should switch their beards.) ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  23. I don't think that's a set "tonifig." It looks like a MOC, an awesome MOC, but a MOC nonetheless. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
  24. Are those the old Prelim Pics? I thought that the hips for the lions were black and the dragons had another torso. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
