  1. Vote: Li'l BoyWonder (TheBoyWonder) Here's what I think: Even if the two scum teams have united, one team can't pass their ability to the other team (Killing scum team can only pass the killing action to their original teammates and not to the recruiting scum team. The same can be said for the recruitment action not being transferable to the killing team). So it's safe to assume that even if we lynch TBW today there might still be a converter on their team, same goes for the killer as we don't know how many teammates he originally had. I understand your point, I even pointed the same argument out earlier before I ran those grim worst case scenarios. The only problem I see is you're favoring lynching Walter (under the assumption that he's a killer) than TBW even if the case against TBW is much stronger than the one against Walter. I think it's still a safe move for the town to lynch TBW today and 'deal' with Walt tomorrow (besides, we may still have ways to verify Walt's allegiance). It would be unwise if we state this publicly. I suggest we leave this critical detail to the masons.
  2. I think you got your math wrong there. A couple of people have already pointed this out (Zeph, Rick), and I even emphasized this on my case scenarios I posted earlier: Scum converters are more dangerous than killers at this point since any successful conversion is -1 for the Town and +1 for scum, while killing only takes one of us every night. Like I said, assuming we're tied with scum at 5-5 today, any successful conversion on the scum side is automatic GAME OVER for the Town. Besides, I assume we no longer have any protection against killing (unless Walter's town blocker claim is true), and conversions have more possibility to fail due to the limited number of recruitable townies. And why does it rub me the wrong way that you seem to be defending TBW? The case against him is as strong as scummy Hinck yesterday, to even think it is a viable option to let him off the hook today sounds like a scum buying time for a fellow scumbo. Not to mention you didn't get the point of splitting the scum's kill target choice between Dave (known mason) and Rick (possible Mayor), and you wanted the known mason as our mayor (so it would be an easy choice for your scum buddies?) Oh and BTW, Mayor: Li'l Rick (Rick)
  3. This is the worst case scenario and it would be best for the town's cause if we start acting with a sense of urgency under this specific critical circumstance. To think of #1 and #2 is highly NOT recommended as it will just give us a false sense of security. If people have still trouble realizing the dire situation we're in, here's how it looks like: Assumption: 5 Town vs. 5 Scum (worst case scenario) Case 1: Lynch Scum, Scum kills Townie, unsuccessful scum recruitment - 4 Town vs. 4 Scum = Game Continues Case 2: Lynch Scum, Scum kills Townie, successful scum recruitment - 3 Town vs. 5 Scum = GAME OVER Case 3: Lynch Townie = Automatic GAME OVER (don't even need night actions) Conclusion: Town can no longer afford any incorrect lynch and any successful scum recruitment at this point and beyond. So it's not only imperative that we correctly lynch scum from this day forward, but also prevent any scum conversion AT ALL COSTS. Li'l Walt you would have to understand that your "unrecruitableness" (I think I just invented a word there ) doesn't sit well on a desperate town side. Considering the significant lack of evidence on the previous failed lynches (except for Hinck), the case against you not being able to be recruited can already be considered 'strong'. And from my limited experiences in these games, unrecruitable/uninvestigable/unverifiable players are almost always scum (I remember in Gotham City Mafia we tried to investigate Brickdoctor twice, we failed both times and true enough he turned out scum in the end). The problem is your role claim is the oldest trick in the scum's book. It's the easiest claim for a scum to make as it's basically unverifiable (one could always "invent the result" and/or coordinate with his scum team to make the action "believable"). But still, I think the safe bet is we lynch first TheBoyWonder today and deal with Li'l Walt tomorrow (more time to contemplate and probably share viewpoints among the remaining townies).
  4. Thanks! Even if this is a 3-year old thread necromancy. Yes I do have the LDD instructions of these starfighters, though the more updated versions: Delta 7-B Starfighter Collection by KielDaMan - LXF It's a composite LXF file of all the Delta 7Bs I've done, so you could just extract the Kit Fisto one if that's the only one you want. I initially used the 7669 - Anakin's Jedi Starfighter as the base model, and from there made modifications to suit my liking. It started with the Kit Fisto one, then multiplied to 8 multi-colored variants!
  5. Glad we got to live another day, and hopefully we won't waste the selfless sacrifice that Li'l CMP did for the town. With the significant leads brought out by Li'l Pie yesterday I think we could never go wrong with lynching either Li'l Walter or Li'l BoyWonder today. The only question is who to vote out between the two? Ideally, in the long run the town has better chances if we lynch a scum killer instead of a scum converter since: 1) we no longer have a protector/doctor (if my assumption is correct), and 2) the fact that we (may) still have town recruitment blockers to negate any scum recruitment, and 3) not all townies are recruitable, so any failed recruitment by the scum favors the town numbers-wise. Of course, the scum killing action presumably can be passed on to their killing scum teammates (though I doubt they could pass it onto the recruiting scum team), so if we take out one of the killers then that would give the town better chances of survival on the next days, if this ordeal extends that long. Yesterday's evidence points out that Li'l BoyWonder is most probably a converter, but is it safe to assume that Li'l Walter is on the scum killing team as Li'l Hinck? If he is, then I'm leaning towards lynching Li'l Walter. If we're lucky, he may be the last scum killer (alongside Li'l Hinck and hopefully Li'l Dannylonglegs).
  6. Aside from a lucky strike of a kill of a scum on Night 1, the town has been extremely unlucky in this game. You really can't blame people for feeling pessimistic, for feeling down and over-paranoid - not with successive failed lynches and with the numbers seemingly favoring a united scum team as days go by. Heck, the only people who might be feeling confident and optimistic right now are the scum since they seem to be smelling victory in the horizon. But not yet, it's not over. This may well be the town's last chance, so let's all hope that Li'l CMP's night action evidence holds to be true. And I still stand by my initial hunch that if there was anyone who might've been converted from the town it would be Li'l Hinck. It's either that or he was scum all along. That's the only reason why I think he's still living up to this point. Vote: Li'l Hinckley (Hinckley)
  7. Ah screw that initial vote, thinking about it if I'd like to give Chrome a fighting chance then I'd have to sway the vote towards Li'l Nightshroud. Unvote: Li'l Pandora (Pandora) Vote: Li'l Nightshroud (Nightshroud99) I agree with Li'l Zeph's point, a scum wouldn't likely draw attention by giving that list of who he thinks is scum/town/team red/blue/whatever, not with the fortunes going their way at this point (minimal casualties on their part + successive wrong lynches on the town side). The way I see it, what Li'l Chrome did was more of a desperate townie move trying to help by "laying out his cards on the table". Honestly, I'm not liking the chances of the town considering the numbers game seem to be approaching towards the town's demise, this well may be our last day together. But if this is our last stand then we might as well go down fighting.
  8. I'm going on a limb here, and even as far as taking the risk of defending Li'l Chrome, but I just don't think he's scum. I have reasons to believe he's town, based on his behavior publicly and privately since Day 1. Unless he has been converted, which is not impossible but I highly doubt it considering there are more metagamely better convertee candidates, I'd like to believe he's still town. This might not matter considering a bandwagon is slowly forming against him, and it might be too late, but I think it's worth a shot especially since the town cannot afford another wrongful lynch today. As far as my vote goes, I'd still go with my initial suspicion and vote for Li'l Pandy. Vote: Li'l Pandora (Pandora)
  9. Interesting exchange. If I read between the lines there seems to be some subtle mategamey suspicions coming from both of you (actually it was Li'l Pandy who brought it up). Hmmm.... Since desperate times call for desperate measures, and considering we've all drastically failed in trying to lynch scum using the traditional behavioral analysis of the people, how about we attempt a more unconventional approach? Let's metagame, since this is EB mafia after all. Try to look at the experienced veteran gamers remaining - I see Li'l Hinck, Li'l Pandy and Li'l Rick. Has anyone wondered why the player of their caliber are still alive and kicking at this stage? I mean if I was one of the scum, I would've killed or converted them considering they would be great scum allies and signficant losses to the town. There are many possibilities, but I'm betting that at the very least one of them is most probably scum. Here's how I see them: Li'l Hinck - hasn't been the Harriet the Slut type of Townie we've seen in the past games. His signature plays are nowhere to be seen, his activity isn't the same level as his usual townie leader we've known. Thought it may be just the unusual set-up of the game as he might just be a townie trying to act scummy to infiltrate the scum teams. Knowing his proven capabilities in games and how much of a loss he will be to the town (if he's indeed town), he is the perfect target for both the Killing scum team and the Converting scum team. Li'l Rick - I've observed his posts are mostly of the interrogative type, always questioning people "why this? why that? how so? etc." coupled with analysis of game mechanics/night action results/etc. Despite that, he's been fairly active and he has been generally pinging as town to me (he has said some things that lead me to believe that he's town) . Li'l Pandy - same mold of posting behavior as Li'l Rick, actually she's like the female version of Li'l Rick. Though unlike how I sense Li'l Ricky as town, Li'l Pandy strikes me as suspicious. It's more of a gut feel, as there is not much hard evidence to pin her down. Nevertheless, using "the-lesser-of-three-evils" process of elimination, Li'l Pandy gives the more scummy vibe to me compared to Li'l Hinck and Li'l Rick. I know I may be treading on dangerous waters here, but this is just something for us to think about. Again desperate times call for desperate measures.
  10. I must say Li'l Pal hasn't pinged on my (not-so-reliable scumdar) in the first two days as he's fairly been in the "middle of the pack" in terms of activity... We'll until now that he's on the lynch chopping block that he's appearing the most suspcious among the lycn candidates. People have said they're cases regarding Li'l Pal, and I mostly agree with them (and no need to repeat them for the sake of having something to say). But there's one thing that really struck me about his behavior now that he's on the verge of being voted out of this game: You would've thought that a real townie would do his absolute best to defend himself and convince the rest that they're making a wrong decision, but I haven't seen that on Li'l Pal. From his last post he seems to be resigned to the fact that he'll be lynched. Considering the precarious balance in the numbers right now that could easily sway in the favor of the scum, any incorrect lynching of a townie would prove to be devastating for the town's chances. So I'd assume a real concerned townie on the edge of being lynched would put more effort, even if things look bleak, to convince the rest to have a change of heart. But sadly, I haven't seen it in Li'l Pal, so it just makes my vote a little bit easier: Vote: Li'l Palathadric (Palathadric)
  11. Sorry I wasn't able to respond to your comments right away, and I just read your PM so.. my responses are above in blue.
  12. I never wanted to make excuses based on real life, but with Li'l Hinck seemingly fixated on my sudden silence after Day 1 so I'm forced to explain why my activity significantly dropped. Well, the simplest reason is that I've just been busy with schoolwork irl. I could go on and write a detailed sob story accompanied the by the world's smallest violin, but I won't since it's inappropriate to use it in this game. You just have to take it as it is. I try my best to 'help' the town as I can with the limited time I have, so feel free to look into my previous posts if you see anything suspicious on what I've said and how I behaved. And me trying to be Town leader? I've already said my piece regarding that back on Day 1. No need to repeatedly bring it back Li'l Hinck. If there's anyone out here who is capable of being a leader it's YOU, that's a proven fact already with these games. If you're town, then go ahead and lead us (I assume you're already doing it if indeed you're town) and I'd be honestly happy if the town is in capable hands as yours. What's proving to be difficult in this unique set-up of the game is that it's hard for a townie how to choose how he/she will act. I tried to be active on Day 1 like what I felt how a townie should do and I was called out for it, getting suspicions that I was scum trying to fish info. I tried my best to reach out to other fellow 'lost townies' out there and I was accused of being a power-hungry wannabe Town leader. My activity toned down and my silence is being questioned as if I was scum. And if I make myself be in the middle pack of activity (like most of the players are actually doing here to be honest), then I'd be also be questioned for just 'going with the flow'/repeating posts/talks but never actually contributing something/etc. So what do you propose how I, and the rest of the "non-leader townie types", should do and act given the difficult set-up of this game, Li'l Hinck?
  13. Yep no worries I understand your vote. Of course I'll respect whatever the decision of the majority would be.
  14. It would really help the town's cause if you tried to elaborate why you suspect those three as ssummy. Simply mentioning those names just won't cut it. If you really have the best intentions for the town, then you wouldn't be afraid to just state the reasons why they're pinging on your scumdar. I know there's still much of the day left, so you have your time. Li'l Walter is right, and I believe Li'l Cecilie mentioned this too, that we need to be more active either in thread or with private discussions, as we can't just let the masons do the work for us. It's difficult considering the game set-up with all the scum sting operations and possible conversions going behind the scenes, but at least the townies should try. Talk, discuss, pool ideas if you have enough trust with the preson you're talking to. Hopefully it would be reap good results for the town in the end. And with regards to the matter of electing a mayor, I still stand by what I said on Day 1, I'm not afraid of the death associated with the mayoral position so I'd just like to vote for myself: Mayor: Li'l Kieldaman
  15. I must say, I'm quite surprised about Li'l Scouty's being overly defensive with all the accusations thrown at him. Call it metagaming, but it's not the Scouty that I've known since we were babies playing together. For a kid who has experienced many games like this, he seems to be buckling under the pressure, to the point that he seems to be resigned at a potential lynch, even though the voting hasn't begun yet. I tried to re-read remember everything what was said yesterday and I did find some questionable things he said that I find rather suspicious: 1. At the start of the voting, in his response to CMP's vote for him: Post Link He mentioned he's suspicious of me and CMP, yet he didn't further elaborate or even make a case against one or even both of us. He could've cast a vote on any of us, to illicit our reactions and hopefully get some behavioral analysis on us. That's the point of voting right? And that's what a townie would do right? 2. In the middle of the voting, he says this when he got his third vote from Zeph: Post Link Again, he could've put up a case against Li'l BoyWonder or voted for him instead of simply deflecting the accusation against him for being silent. I believe Li'l Hinckley boy also pointed this out. Though after the the lynch against Li'l Trumpet was almost sealed, that was only the time he made his case and vote for Wonderboy. 3. Then this today: Trying to clear himself just because the one who voted for him turned out scum? I highly doubt a true townie would say something like that. Or is it to tone down the suspicion of your primary accusers (CMP, ChromeKnight, Zeph)? 4. But what struck me the most is when he emphasized on a couple of instances yesterday that his silence is due to the "different set-up" of the game: Post Link Post Link Is he implying that he is a townie that is pretending to be silent to act scummy and hoping to get in contact with the scum teams? But think about it, if you're indeed a townie who's just trying to act scummy, then why remind people about the unsual set-up of the game? (and even twice!) Wouldn't that just blow your cover that you're a townie that's just trying to act silent/scummy? (if you're indeed a townie). Since the voting is now open, I'll Vote: Li'l Scouty Again, my vote is subject to change depending on Scouty's respone.
  16. That's quite a big relief, as it was quite worrying to think the two scum teams uniting on the first day. Hopefully, Li'l TK was able to get some info and was able to pass it to a townie he trusted. In the meantime while waiting for any possible night action result, I think it's worth looking for any clues on those who voted for Trumpet yesterday (order of voting, reason for voting vs. general behavior in-thread).
  17. At first I though it might've been also better if Li'l Nightshroud didn't "think aloud" about that possibility, but come to think of it, it could still plant some seeds of doubt to the scum teams whether to trust Li'l TrumpetKing's statement or not. Is he really a scum wanting to unite the two scum teams? Or a townie trying to fish for info? We really wouldn't know. The scum teams would also have some initial doubts also for sure (but like you said I would be surprised if they don't deduce it correctly). At this point, let's just prepare for the worst and hopefully we could get our acts going behind-the-scenes and remain vigilant in reading people either in the game thread or privately.
  18. I retract what I said earlier about his "giving up" being stupid. It's actually brilliant whether he's scum or town. Since he seems to have accepted his fate already, he'd either get some vital info in his remaining hours (and pass it to a townie he trusts) if he's a fallen townie or his move would've essentially united the two scum teams if he's indeed scum (hopefully they won't). With TrumpetKing's revelation, and preparing for the worst that he is indeed a scummo, I've ran some case scenario possibilities Assuming: among 21 players: 15 town, 3 killing scum team, 3 recruiting scum team (total 6 scum combined + ability to recruit 6 additional players) Best-case scenario for town = scum lynched + scum SK-killed + scum kill target protected + scum recruitment block (100% success rate all the time is highly improbable, unfortunately) Worst-case scenario for town = townie lynched + townie SK-killed + townie scum-killed + townie recruited to scum (could be all over by Day 3/Night 3 ). Realistically speaking, night action success would tend to fall in between these two extreme scenarios, so the town would really need some luck on our side to have succesful night actions. Obviously, the major advantage of the scum teams if they unite this early is they'll have the a smaller number of people to target at night, unlike the townie PRs who would most likely rely on hit-or-miss in the early goings (even hurt ourselves with a wrongful SK kill). Hopefully, even if we are at a huge disadvantage against a united scum team, the town could also get their acts going as soon as possible.
  19. Yeah I know that. Sorry for being so slow. Well played to TrumpetKing's scum team, this was almost surely a planned tactic from the very start, making TrumpetKing a sacrificial lamb to unite the two scum teams. But it ain't over yet, we don't even know how many members each scum team has, and how many days it will take for them to outnumber us. It's just Day 1. But one has to wonder whether Mr. def anticipated this scenario on Day 1, wherein catching a scum would turn out to be more disadvanageous to the town.
  20. If you're scum, why give up this easily? If you're town, then why claim as scum? Scum or town, one word: Stupid (and please don't take it personally, it's in the context of the game). Well thanks for making it easier for us: Unvote: Li'l BoyWonder Vote: Li'l TrumpetKing And don't get too cocky, if you scum are so sure you have this in the bag already then you might as well tell Mr. def to end this game right now.
  21. Well it looks like the fate of Li'l TrumpetKing is nearly sealed... But there are some things about his behavior that bothers me and actually prevents me from casting my vote for him (not that it holds much weight at this point), but here are my concerns: 1. Granting Li'l Zeph is town and Li'l TrumpetKing is indeed scum, does it make sense for a scum to "lead" a lynch vote on a townie especially at the start of the voting process? Remember he was third one to cast a unique vote (I was first who voted for Redblade, then CMP voted for Scouty) and the first one on Li'l Zeph. I was thinking it would be a risky move for the scum to lead a vote on a townie, since what if a bandwagon turns on Zeph and he eventually gets voted out and he's proven a townie the next day? Then the suspicion would be put on TrumpetKing on Day 2 and that is something the scum don't want right? Would a scummo be that reckless? 2. His posting behavior from the start seem to be full of excitement, which could either mean he's just an overzealous townie or a "trying-hard-to-be-active" scum. What I noticed is that he seems to respond to posts right away, unlike the calculated posting style of scum which sometimes have lag times (consulting with scum teammates). Coupled with the fact that he seems to be bumbling on his defense, I'm starting to think he may just be an inexperienced townie folding under the pressure. I know my analysis of TrumpetKing may go against how the majority feels, and it may put unwarranted suspicion on me as if I was trying to defend him, but I'm just laying out that it's something to think about. I may be wrong about how I read him, heck, I wish I was wrong about him and he eventually turn out as scum. But if there's a key takeaway with all these happenings, even if Mr. def doesn't approve it, is that the discussion about the role PM somehow made it easier to read some players (some potential scum, some potential townie). And depending on the results of the voting and the way people reacted towards TrumpetKing today, we may have additional reads on certain players. Since I have my reservations on voting for Li'l TrumpetKing, I will vote for someone who has flown under the radar and hasn't been really helpful so far: Vote: Li'l BoyWonder Not that it's surprising behavior from him (he has been consistent with this style of play ever since ), I just think he could've been more helpful by being more active and not simply pussyfooting in the background.
  22. I'm quite satisfied with your answer Li'l Redblade, and I feel my vote will be of better use for other lynch candidates, so I'll Unvote: Li'l Capt. Redblade. I'm leaning towards Li'l TrumpetKing right now, but I'll wait for what he has to say regarding the accusations against him.
  23. --- Overall, what struck me the most about Li'l Redblade is he almost seemed to agree with everything I posted (see posts above), in stark contrast to those who heavily scrutinized my posts (Li'l Hinckley, Li'l Pandy, Li'l Rick). I just think it's too easy a strategy for a potential scum to piggyback on a townie who's been very vocal from the very start. Add a couple of role-playing posts here and there and you have someone who appears to be active, not too much nor too low in the activity radar. Day 1 lynches are tricky with nothing much to go about but a few behavioral reads on several posts, so I wouldn't claim my argument as solid or strong, but he's just the one who strikes me the most as scummy. So I'll Vote: Li'l Capt. Redblade. Of course, I'd give Redblade the chance to explain himself and I could unvote and change my vote anytime if I'm convinced I'm barking on the wrong tree. Ah now I get the concept of this lie detector, thanks for the quick lesson. I am aligned with the Town. There.
  24. This? That was my first post regarding this lie detector, which was in reaction to your previous post when you mentioned the lie detector.
