Those are pretty neat hoverbikes Fires-storm! The design of the brown and black ones works for me, but not the blue one since it's a bit blocky IMO.
-
Great custom paratrooper Commander Tac! And even greater red lighting effect! The smoky atmosphere on the red-lighted interior is simply amazing. Very clever use of the helmet visor for the shoulder plate.
-
Wow, what a great rendition of the TRON bike! Fantastic work Rook! The design/shape is pretty accurate with the real one. And gotta love the yellow force field thingy.

Great review Inconspicuous! Thanks for sharing this with us. This just validates that this is a must-get set for me this year. The minifigs are just awesome, but the speeder itself is aso pretty decent - I love the sleekness of the top part, never mind the bulkiness of the lower bottom. And the spaciousness of the speeder, which can actualy seat 6+ bounty hunters/passengers plus additional cargo at the back, sets it apart from other speeders which have limited passenger seats.

I think the wing's sizes are just about right. The wings of the real JSF looks wider because its cockpit glass is more covered (and hence looks smaller) than that of the UCS JSF.

Another great MOC Oky! The color scheme of the dune buggy really fits Buzz (and of course you). The suspensions are an effective functional detail, and the spacious 'interior' can fit a few LGMs there! The overall presentation is very professional with a bit funny side too. Good job Sir!

Those are nice improvements on your first one, darth yogi. Glad to see the the improved driver's area and front part. Though it's still quite long compared to the real one. I think you should either shorten the whole speeder or make it wider by 2 studs probably. And the Bail fig is pretty good.

That UCS JSF cockpit (similar to this ) was only used in the Ep.III JSFs (Eta-class), but the recent Delta 7B JSF sets (Aethersprite-class) use this cockpit piece .

Thanks for the photos of the UCS JSF KimT! I gotta say that JSF is pretty neat, though I notice several inaccuracies, particularly the size of the astromech droid head is clearly larger than what it should be (4X4 is a bit large, 3x3 would do-but there's no such dome right?). The droid head should have also been positioned nearer the cockpit (see reference pic).

Well, I guess I'll be the first one to vote. The best entry for me is E43D by Mos_Eisley. Why? The overall build is really very impressive (massive build with lots of details), the concept is very unique, there are multiple scenes depicted, and this is the only entry which I think has the "WOW X-factor" that other entries (also great at their own right) don't have.

Same here, the shuttle looks great IMO. If there were any flaws in the design, those are things a few modding can't fix. And after building the shuttle, the lack of features goes down the drain since the shuttle will eventually go into the display shelf where it belongs.

MOC: television series "House, M.D." scene
XimenaPaulina replied to ILYA's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Great vignette ILYA! You really captured the hospital scene very well. I loved how you used Capt. Rex's head. And those lab. gowns are lovely, I've been waiting for someone to do that (I would love to make one for my sigfig since that's what I always wear at work). -
Nicely done lego-maniac! It looks like a 'Picasso' build but at the same time it's cute!
-
The house (the MOC) is looking good! The real one has lots of mess The loftbed is pretty accurate. Good job JimButcher!
-
Not much to say about the exterior since it's just the Town Hall in the Town Plan, but the interiors are great! I love the details and furnitures inside. Good job mifody!

That's a great start lightningtiger, can't wait to see the finished product. Just curious, this is the first time I've heard a drug store called as chemist? In our place it's either called a drug store or a pharmacy, but never a chemist. I just noticed it because chemist is my profession and we never work in drug stores.

Great MOC Dave! Nice design of the shuttle, and I have to agree that the little details make this a fantastic creation.
-
Wow, that's totally impressive for a first attempt on a mech, very well done Adam_the_Ant! I love the overall design, it really looks like one of those Gundams.
-
Wow, I'm really impressed with this 'monster' build. There are a lot of clever techniques and parts used, like the space villain's spiky helmet as the shoulder plate, the minifig legs as the arms, etc. Very well executed Commander Tac!

A well overdue introduction
XimenaPaulina replied to ThatGuyWithTheBricks's topic in Hello! My name is...
I guess it's a belated welcome to you Sir! And nice lengthy intro too. We've been bumping into each other regularly at the SW forum and I'm pretty impressed with your MOCs there. Well, see you around, as always, in the SW forum. -
Welcome to EB Celupnus Krom_Lord of Time! (can't think of a shorter name eh?) Hope you enjoy it in here!

Landing at Point Rain is, IMO, the best episode action-wise in the whole Clone Wars series (I/II combined), and the lone bright spot in the rather disappointing Season 2. From start to finish, the episode is action-packed and it's really great to see those many gunships, dropships, Y-wings, AT-TEs in action. This is the episode I can watch over-and-over again without getting bored of it. And yes we all need the Ki-Adi-Mundi minifig. (Pls. TLG make it happen). The fatigue-colored clones? I highly doubt TLG will release that since the paint job looks pretty hard to do.

I think both you and -R8- had the same comments so my answer is addressed to both of you.

That's a cute little jeep Allos, nice job!
