If the listing is in Asia / China / HK it is almost certainly DD/MM/YY. Which unfortunately means mid-Nov? Anyone else chime in here?

This is a reasonable argument. I still think it would have been better off to either sacrifice a fig (i.e. have 1 full fig vs. 2 shorties)... The argument that I don't really accept is that kids will somehow go ga-ga over short legs. I have 2 kids and they don't like the short legs -- granted, its a microscopic sample set, but still, I don't see the logic.

The weakness of this argument is that it would have been very simple to satisfy BOTH children AND adults by simply having normal figs. The Juniors line is a perfect example of this.

Wow, I'm pumped for Invisible Woman, Future Foundation Stretch -- I'm pretty ambivalent towards the movie versions (especially since: A) the movie sucked and more importantly, B) the designs were not that special) But wow, looks awesome -- even though I have trans Invisible Woman, I like this one much better.

Yeah, but: 1) It's not "radically" different from what we will be getting (if indeed the figs will come with the short legs) and 2) it doesn't take a huge amount of mental gymnastics to picture them in the appropriate colors

Me as well. I can't really think of a time I prefer MCU / Marvel Studio version over the respective comic variant. The SDCC Amazing Spider-Man 2 is the only time I can think of where the overall design trumps the Comic variant hands down.
