This is an interesting case which just came in favor of Gucci in their lawsuit against Alibaba selling counterfeit products: http://www.bloomberg...ants-fake-goods I'm no lawyer, but it could set a legal precedent for other companies and in that case it may be a matter of time before bootlegs are barred (at least for US based customers)... Thoughts on this?

Is this a new variant set? Are they all Trans? I've got to say, I'm not a big fan of the trans figs (read: hate 'em) but that Vision could be interesting.... Would love to see a close up pic if anyone has one...

I've got a really mixed view on this. On the one hand, if the seller wanted to undercut the competition and was going for volume and now has seller's remorse, I have no sympathy. But if he made an honest mistake and had no intention of selling that low... I don't know, I do feel kind of bad for the guy.

Thanks, not my idea originally, but I def. think it is cool! Yeah, this is a great point. I am contemplating doing the bare arms, but then I ran across this variant (not sure if it actually appears in the film) but it does look like an official MARVEL variant from Winter Soldier: Ha! You went big!

I hope this is a trend going forward -- i.e. being able to buy single figures a la carte. In fact, I'd be willing to pay up to 1/2 the price of a typical set for a single fig ($2 or 3 bucks). Rationale for me is simple, I'm now inundated with leftover pieces and figs -- I'm going to need a storage room for them all!

Thanks! I also painted silver highlights on the Tiger torso and legs because the stark white was contrasting badly with the arc reactor and rest of the fig. For Disco, I also swapped out the arms / hands in addition to painting the additional Orange highlights on the helmet (I tried to stay as close as possible to the MCU designs). For instance here is a picture of the helmets:

Learning from the best. It's funny how SY has gotten the joke fairly quickly -- you won't be able to get that Banner fig unless you get this set -- sound familiar? If an up and coming bootlegger is smart they will target all of SY / DC exclusive figs and sell them a la carte -- give them a taste of their own medicine -- this would be truly ironic!
