Very cool builds!

Unless you have inside information on the ins and outs of TT's licensing / contract -- I would have to disagree with this point. The characters and any of their depictions are owned by MARVEL (Disney). Even if TT was solely responsible for character design (again a separate but another point I would highly contest) -- but for argument's sake -- if they were to create some unique kick-but design of a MARVEL character, they don't own that design (nor does LEGO). In other words, if it appears in the video game, LEGO would be able to use it, after all it's their video game. Again, I am also simply speculating, but if I were in charge of LEGO video games, the first thing I would insist upon with any developer is the clear understanding that any content created in the game is mine to use however I wish (obviously with respective revenue sharing to the IP holder, MARVEL / Disney). Now could TT have struck an agreement to get a slice of any merchandising derived from the game? I guess it could be possible -- but who in their right mind from LEGO would ever agree with this? There is literally an ocean of developers out there, what does TT have as leverage to force LEGO / MARVEL / Disney's hand? Nothing. Are you referring to the Mark 1 from Iron Man 1 (the flamethrower) or the Classic Red / Yellow Iron Man suit from the Comics?

Oh man, I wonder if that Sam Wilson has overmolded boots or if they are printed -- I'm pretty sure it's probably printed, but still....

Wait, has this been confirmed, the Micro Racers figures will have normal legs?

Then again, maybe not so much...

Wait, what did I miss, are there pics of Zemo that have been released? Ugh... man I hope those are just prototypes.... Cap -- same torso, no leg / arm printing -- basically different head and no cowl -- I give it an F and Iron Skull the torso / legs are quite nice, I give that a solid B+ / A-

That's been pretty much my take on the whole situation. There are counterfeit goods sold around the world. I don't actually buy that for real premium products (like Louis Vuitton, Rolex, etc.) that knock-offs represent a huge loss to the luxury market. On the contrary, there are plenty of people who do aspire to own the real deal once they have enough disposable income. Imitation is the the sincerest form of flattery and I don't think that its a huge issue for TLG.

Interesting article that hit Reuters (not sure where else this belongs, but it does include an interesting snippet about LEGO building a factory in China and that most of their production will likely be sourced from there in the future) -- wonder what impact this will have for bootleggers? In other words, I wonder if there was some kind of "quid pro quo" between TLG and China that if TLG sets up massive factories there that China will agree to clamp down on bootleggers? Yup, even though I have a very similar Hyperion, I'm still getting if for the solo cape holster and the boots... still, those marks / misprints are really disappointing -- I would be pissed if mine came like that... I've given them to my kids to play with. I'm not a manufacturer, lawyer or scientist, so take my anecdotal observations with a grain of salt. That said, 1) These are all pad printed minifigures -- unless Junior is seriously gulping these down and going to town on them -- the paint won't come off during "normal" play. In fact, over the years, I've washed a bunch of them, and again, they retain their original print, so while I can't comment on the underlying composition of the paints themselves, the integrity of the printing is relatively solid.

I just got the FF set and am really happy with the Invisible Woman.

Interesting. I was curious at 4:23 of the video in the bottom left hand corner you see a white figure with the venom like white arms -- which set is that figure from, anyone know?
