I remember I couldn't do anything but post in existing topics until I reached 100 posts.

I only buy a couple of sets a year, so on that area Lego is an interest of mine. But I do build a lot and buy parts through BrickLink and post on this forum, the latter of which puts me into the "passion" part. Where does that put me, interest, hobby or passion? personally I think of it as a hobby.

The Unimog is a nice model, but yeah, the steering wasn't optimal. They should try to make new portal axles or something which puts the center of the turn closer to the tire.

42009 Mobile Crane MKII is the biggest in parts count. In size, 8110 Unimog U400 is the biggest that I know of.

I prefer to attach trans-colored/trans-clear parts to use as lights, with the stud squeezed into a pin hole. And as kieran says, I think it's been done by TLG themselves. If it's an "illegal" building technique, why does TLG do it?

I got back into Lego in early 2013, so 8110 Unimog U400 is the first flagship I had the chance to buy, and the only flagship in the list that I have bought. I also voted for 8043 Excavator cos it's a cool model.

Agreed. Besides, what's the point in having a background color to match the part it's on, when said part is colored? A transparent sticker let the color show through it, right?
