Nice review! I like the new idea of these Ninjago booster packs... I just wished they were $3. There are some cool pieces in this one, including the Kendo helmet and the round 2x2 brick with grille.

Nice review, 'Velika314'! I've always had little interest in this set. If it was $12, I probably would have picked it up by now, but $15 seems a bit overpriced, but the figures do look nice.

Nice review, 'gherkin'! I always liked this set, but I don't think I would ever pick it up. To me, it's an improvement of the 2009 set Helicopter Transporter, in which it's cheaper and better looking.

PoP technically had a September 2010 polybag release in Brickmaster, and PotC had the Black Pearl release in September 2011, and some PotC polybags were released at various points of 2011. Now that I think about it, the 2009 Pirates theme had the exclusive Imperial Flagship released in 2010.

I call them 16-wides. I made a list of them on Brickset here.

I think that from 2009 on, TLC has released 1 one-wave theme in January (Pirates, Ben 10, PQ, and Dino). And from 2010 on, TLC has released 1 one wave theme in the Summer (WR, AC, MF?).

Since of recently picked up the 2009 Krusty Krab Adventure set, I'm contemplating on buying the Flying Dutchman set. It looks like it could fit in with my Pirate collection, if it ultimately has to go there.

It's not technically a buy, but I received 3833 Krusty Krab Adventures from a friend for letting him barrow my Gameboy Micro for sometime. The set itself isn't as bad as I thought it would be, and it may make me pick-up a few of the new Spongebob sets.

You should go for the Funhouse. It's cheaper, and has unique figures. If you want 6864 mainly because of the black Batman, you should just wait for the Batman with Boat polybag, which should be releasing in Target soon for around $4.

I would love to see LEGO Mario Kart, or even a nice Nintendo line in the same vein as the Super Heroes line! Nice MOC, by the way!

I think it may just be referring to the summer 2011 wave. Especially since they mentioned Alien Conquest, which I thought they decided to give it the axe a while ago. But, really, only time will tell. EDIT: 500th Post! I'm a knight! Yes!

Hmm, I didn't notice that. Good point. It's just that this year we aren't getting a delayed subtheme released in the Summer in the US (Space {2011}, like you mentioned or Airport {2010}), and we aren't getting a Spring release exclusive theme (Farm {2009}, Cargo {2008}, Traffic {2007}).

Today's MLP episode was another great one! Overall, I rate it a 8.75/10.

Judging by the German Toy Fair pictures, the new mining sets look lackluster. I'm quite disappointed that the hospital is going to be an exclusive, as it hasn't shown up at any of the Toy Fairs. It's weird how it seems like there will only be 6 City sets this summer. I hope (and it's very doubtful) that City doesn't get the axe next year.

The female vampire looks fantastic, and looks extremely well made. I'm definitely going to buy the vampire castle set. The hunter with the hammer looks better close up. I love the serious facial expression. I'm still not interested in the werewolf. He looks a bit fake, but nevertheless, I'll still pickup the werewolf set.

Well, the Hub has removed everything MLP related with Derpy in it. Derpy is gone...

The original Ferris Wheel got me out of my receiving LEGO dark age (I still played with LEGOs). Later, in the summer of 2008, I brought the Jetpack Pursuit, which made me get involved in the LEGO community, and made me start buying LEGOs (I never really brought LEGOs with my own money pre-2008). For my most recent dark age (late August 2010-November 2011), the Dino Ambush Attack set, which I got in mid-November 2011, got me back into the LEGO community, and made me become interested in LEGOs again.

In MLP:FiM news, Hasbro is contemplating on changing Derpy's name! They must have gotten an angry email from a parent that thought Derpy was slang for retard. Show your support for Derpy here!
