Great review, 'unbornchikken'! I'm glad they still used a baseplate in this set. It seems like baseplates have met their demise this year. I also love the interior of this modular, and the elevator function.

A new Spongebob film has been announced for 2014! What does this mean for LEGO Spongebob? Hopefully, there will be (at least) a wave of 5-6 sets in the next two years. Also, last week I found the Glove World set at Target for $15. I couldn't drive myself to pick it up, though.

There are so many insanely good figures in this series! I love the 'Teacher', Galaxy Patrol, Daredevil, Female Rocker, Hippie, Little Red, and Male Tennis Player figures, but my ultimate favorite is the Galaxy Patrol figure!

The figures look nice up-close, even Iron Man! As mentioned by a bunch of other people, Black Widow looks like a weeping widow. I do like the Hawkeye figure, especially his hair.

Supposedly the airline set this year is a glider set, as seen in LEGO World 2012.

I haven't heard about that one yet. I can't wait to see the exclusive minifigure that comes with it!

Supposedly South Park is airing an episode called 'My Little Brony' on March 14th. I'm not a fan of South Park, but I could tell this is going to bring a ton of attention to the brony community. The only weird thing is that the same rumor was floating around months ago.

Saw Hugo last night. It was a good and amazing looking movie. It was definitely mis-advertised, as it looked like a 'chase' movie, but it was really I give it an 8.5/10.

There is already a topic for this, and its title is somewhere along the lines of 'Full Length LEGO Movie Greenlit by WB'. It's nice to see that the film has started on production. I think its original release date was supposed to be this year, as it was announced in 2009 (?).

Yes! CR is getting some recognition! I think it was a great review. I always liked his 'Cheap Damage' and 'Familiar Faces' series. I'm just curious how he found the old Ninjago spinners for $3 at Walmart.

I picked up the Roman Soldier figure from Target today, and I now know why it's all the talk! The leg and torso printing is great, and the helmet and shield are beauties.

The box was a bit beat up, and I didn't see much use for it. I might go back to that Walmart soon, once I get more money.

I really like the JT easter egg in the updated site! LEGO tends to ignore sets specific to a certain retailer (special edition sets). They never show up at the end of the instruction books or on any promo artwork.

I don't have the original bags of the McDonalds promos if they do count, anyway.

The only reason why LEGO stopped making HP sets is that the DVDs for the films are going to be discontinued very soon. Otherwise, I hope they'll re-release the films in theaters, as that might help them released new sets around the first few movies.

I wasn't interested in the original Master Builder sets, but I love this new series! I just wish they would sell each separately, as $60 is too much. I like the special pieces in each.

Ya, those are just concept designs by Toth. I bet we will get all of those figures some day (except the drunk). We already are getting the Sea Monster and Dracula's Bride in Monster Fighters, and Sherlock came in Series 5.

I finally got around to seeing the 500th episode of The Simpsons, 'At Long Last Leave'. As an ex-Simpsons junkie, here are my thoughts: Overall, I give '"At Long Last Leave' a 7.5/10. For the newest episode of Regular Show, 'Eggscellent', I give 'Eggscellent' an 8.5/10. Finally, here are my thoughts on the newest MLP:FiM episode, 'Putting Your Hoof Down': Overall, I rate it a very strong 9.5/10.

Great review! I've always had interest in this set, especially for the bank (I missed out on picking up the City Bank set last year), and for Two-Face. The vehicles always seemed a bit strange to me, though.
