Excellent entry! I really appreciate you using only "period-specific" parts. The outcome is excellent. I like how your vehicles enhance the action of the set so well. That TV crew truck is classic and I really like the throwback style of the hinged roof bus. I like the TV station better than the other building. I think just because it has more detail than the yellow building. I never liked the yellow buildings anyway, so it's probably more of a personal taste on my part, but there does seem to be a little element of detail missing. Even the more simple buildings from this period had something like arches or ledges to separate floors. But, that's being really picky on an excellent MOC. I really love the idea of a TV station. If I saw a TV station in a catalog when I was a kid I would've flipped out. Excellent work and best of luck in the contest. Your entry is a pure joy!

 Too true. Great! Another Smartass Swede! Thank you very much Klaus! I actually did that on purpose with the bare bones interior. I used to get so excited to see what was inside the buildings when I was a kid. Of course, the result was always a bit disappointing, especially compared to today's Green Grocer standards. Anyway, there weren't shots of the interiors in the catalogs like there are today...or lego.com to give 5 shots or online reviews to give 50 shots of a set, so the interior was always a special surprise. And it was always disappointing. I'd imagine new pieces and colors and new ways to make realistic interiors and it was always a little lame. So a bank would be a counter and a desk and they would only take six pieces... I was actually really excited about finishing so I could construct the lame interiors. Honestly, I would've been so excited to see a square car windshield and a black fence piece inside! That would have been a total bonus. But, I do appreciate the feedback and a second floor was considered for the bank. Thanks again!

OK. Good night, friend. -
That was my vote as well. I think it's the only appropriate ending to such a dark adventure. I want that to be the reason our story is so important. Because we're the hero that saved all humankind. It's the only way to guarantee that the pit is closed forever.

No worries. I liked when you said that joke. It made me think we were friends. -

Let me ease your mind on this. If people don't get you their night actions, it's their problem. Set a time and if they don't get them in, then the action is forfeited for the night. -
Must be an evil unicycle! Congratulations, Batbrick on an awesome series, excellent MOCs and amazing story-telling. Blogged!

I doubt it belongs to any of them and making random accusations based on assumptions is dangerous. -

Well, NewRight's not doing much better right now, so don't worry about that. So, don't panic and don't give up. You've got a great idea and the game is progressing fine, it just needs some momentum. I could help Shadows with pictures. I know I'm still playing, but I don't think that should really stop me from being able to take pictures for the thread. It might not be off to a great start, but it's off to a good start. I really think the worst thing you can do right now is quit. If there are other concerns with continuing to run the game, please PM me. Like Natman said, don't let us pressure you. As I've said, it's not how long the game takes, but communicating how long you will need to get a day started... Breathe, dude. It's OK. -

Really, it doesn't need to be narrowed down to those three. I see no solid evidence we should suspect them. I especially don't think Mark or Arin would be carrying a knife. It could be any one of us. Are there other passengers on this train besides us? Perhaps it came from one of the crew members. Anyway, no reason to make such a big deal. The knife wasn't blood stained, was it? It was just lying on the floor. Just a misplaced knife, nothing to get so worried about. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm moving dynamically. *moves dynamically* -

I didn't say any of those things! I've been very polite, except for the megablocks kicking comment, which you can't prove I said anyway. I'm very excited and grateful to be on this train. I haven't been mad at anyone...except that goofy chef, but that was only for a moment. So, please try to be more polite to people. You're on one of the coolest trains in the world! Be a happy guy. Eurovision? I've read a lot about that competition. Recently, actually. Sounds like a gay old time. -

You're funny. I like people who are honest. I do want to make friends and this is such an exciting adventure. Perhaps I'm too excited. I've read books about Karate, though and I've totally got your back if anything happens. I'll take a look at it. *looks at knife* Uh-oh! That's really not good at all... -
