Murder On the Emerald Express: Chapter 11
Hinckley replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Yes, but perhaps a brave townie can lead the way...maybe Jethro! -
Thank you! However, I can't take credit for the window idea. It was used officially in the Town Plan: Also, they are Paradisa windows, not Belleville-I think. This is the best I can do right now for showing it with my other modular buildings: My collection is completely packed up right now as I'm moving across the country. I'm looking forward to having a display up again soon. Thanks everybody for the great feedback!

Murder On the Emerald Express: Chapter 11

I think we should explore the smaller connecting tracks first and then continue down the main line towards the "handcar." That would mean starting at the first switching station and going N/NE. See how we could go down and come back instead of traveling all the way down the line and then back to check out what we already passed? -

He sways with "the mob" which seems to need more indication. There are equal numbers of votes for each direction. I think those who wanted to go Southeast actually meant N/NE, anyway. It makes much more sense. -

I swear more of us said East/Northeast and Southwest was never an option... -

Let's choose East/Northeast and then finish the loop after we check that track. -

Look, crazy. You didn't tell me about Jethro before the farm. The only way you could've told me about Jethro is if I could somehow read a transcript of everything you were saying in your group. Anyway, I had a feeling you were saying Jethro was a town council member but you were crazy and saying random things (i.e. you run fight clubs with your altar ego) so who knew what to believe from you. Random babbling makes it very hard to discern real warnings from crazy crap! And I said that Jethro was the only possibility to be the town council member in our group the first time you did tell me he was a member. So shut up! Sorry. I didn't realize I'd be so aggressive without my dice. I'm kind of impressed with myself! -
Murder on the Emerald Express: Discussion

Well you are nuts. -
I've removed the pics from the thread as TLG is revealing this set very soon at an upcoming event. They'd like to keep it as much a surprise as possible and we are glad to help. Please help us in keeping the secret for a few more days. Thanks.

Absolutely! There's a pet thread right here. And don't give up on your cat. She probably doesn't even know she's old. She'll stick around as long as she needs to. My dog is 11 and she has no idea. Unfortunately, I'm moving away from her and she knows somethings up. She's watching me very closely as I'm packing. Then she follows me around the rest of the time. This is going to be hard...

David One of the mods was trying to help a new member learn how to post correctly. This new member became irate and told said mod that he knew me and that the mod probably didn't even know my name, which apparently is David. So, there you have it. I meant to keep it secret, but it's so fun & goofy I had to share it.

Murder On the Emerald Express: Chapter 11

If many were retrofitted, was this one? Or did someone already answer that? -
This is really great! Your animation is very smooth and you've incorporated a lot of fun movement. I'm impressed at how life-like some people can make the limited minifigs move. The only complaint I would have about this is that there's no sound effect when the computer falls off the desk. Besides that, it's very fun and well made. Can't wait to see more from you. Thanks for sharing!

I believe Jethro is a town council member, but Howard is getting more suspicious as well. He's always trying to keep suspicion away from himself about the council and trying to list others as potential threats. Perhaps that is his tactic: set himself against the town council so we don't suspect him. Man, what a bunch of loons. I'd rather hang out with gnomes, you know? -

I'd like to check the actual track to see if there is anything blocking the track from being switched. -
This is so cool!  I love MOCs that imply violence against me. Great job with the joints on this. It's amazing what people come up with. I have a tendency to be more literal with piece usage. When I need joints, I use joint parts. I love seeing people be ingenious like this. Excellent detail and very cool scale. I'm impressed at how much you accomplished using all "legal" techniques. The shape of the torso is especially cool with those cheese grater tiles. Nice job! Thanks for sharing.

I don't think Northwest has ever really been an option. But I agree that we should go east first, and then continue back southeast. -
