Yes they're usually good with that, they once mistakenly sent me a Police impulse set instead of the City advent calendar and they did the same thing. As for PaB, the 3 or 4 times I have used it I've never had a problem, although I have had to wait a bit sometimes for my package to come. This most recent PaB purchase the package was postmarked from Poland!

Well thankfully the pieces are pretty basic bricks so I could probably replace them with bricks in my collection (besides the white window shutters, don't think I have any of those). But the one unique piece is unfortunately yellow too, oh well. And yes, I have learned to take much better care nowadays.

Love your plant life, especially the ivy crawling up the castle side and pine tree. In general an awesome and unique castle, not the usual set up for one.

Definitely one of my favorite sets from my childhood; I still remember my sister getting it for me for my birthday and me building it that same day. Too bad I had it displayed all these years on my windowsill so the pizza delivery van and pizzeria have become yellowed.

Woops, the white pieces are supposed to be waves? I was about to say that's a creative way to use the little bone piece as fish. Anyways, it's a great little MOC, especially like the mushrooms.

I tend to steer clear of changing up legs; normally I wouldn't change arms either but a torso I got from someone else had mismatching arms so I wanted to make it look right. I'm assuming constantly switching the arms is what makes them so loose? I hate when that happens...

Here's my setup (not the neatest and admittedly not the most organized, but it works for now): Overview of the whole thing (don't mind the telescope ). This is where I keep most of my colors I have less of/special pieces/baseplates. Got the storage box straight from S@H, don't think they sell them anymore though. Any colors I have too much of I move into these containers (plus minifigs and wheels), bought at Walmart a little less than a year ago (not sure of the price, maybe $2-3?) For the colors I have more of than can fit in the clear containers, I move to the LEGO tubs (so far that's white, black and red, though light bley is quickly getting filled). Finally I use these clear boxes for small technic pieces and 1x1 round plates. Not sure where I got them from, I think they were originally advertised for sewing or something. Couple other notes, I use a large ziploc bag for the instructions I have and also a large bag for all my technic pieces and another one for animals. I really need to organize it better one day.

Just a little something I have set up on the top of my TV. I don't even know exactly what it is depicting. I guess some mountain dwellers looking for food with a guest looking on....
