Update: Tweaked a few features here and there, mostly small cosmetic features. I switched out a few black pieces in the back and put in dark bley slopes to make it look like it's more "built-in" into the BURP. Moved the two bone pieces in a stud near the middle of the tower. Did they look better the original position (lined up with the white column)? Added a welcome mat of sorts to divide the inside and outside of the tower, and also moved the bone pieces out a stud and changed the columns to black. I've also built some other Skeleton counterparts to small Crownie vehicles, might post them here later.

They just had to include a rat didn't they. Looks good, may need to pick up one just to flesh out my troll army a bit. I like how it also includes the troll armor and capes, but I wish the top troll would have had a new helm too. Is there a release date on these?

Also looking for this armor: Let me know if you have this or anything else on my list.

This really should have been a $20 set. Having said that, I like the design and the jetpack is a cool piece; I just wish they would have created a clear stand for the jet troopers, similar to the STAP stand from the droid battle packs.

As long as they don't get too fanciful on us; I would prefer they use the old forestman hats, but I know that probably won't happen. I guess I'd be fine with elves as long as they are dark green or sand green and a hat that could conceivably be used for forestmen MOC's as well.

Toys R Us has a 'Buy one, get one half off' for all Boinicle sets (US only I think for the Memorial Weekend holiday). Not too appealing to me since I don't collect the series but others might find the sale useful.

Little background info first: I wanted to make a watchtower for the skellies that would be the counterpart of the watchtower from the Tower Raid set for the Crownies. I also wanted to make it look like something that might actually come in a set, so no very intricate designs or details. It's still a WIP and my other camera that I usually take pictures with is out of commission, so sorry for the bad quality. And a shot comparing the two... All comments on how to improve appreciated.

So in other words you want to make a $22 profit? I might be interested in the drawbridge if you lower the price a little.

Well I went back today to my local TRU and sure enough there was an employee stocking the shelves with new sets! I didn't get anything because they were too overpriced for my taste though.

Is that arch piece on the upper half of the building new? Seems like I haven't seen it elsewhere though I could be wrong.

The star looks like the snowflake piece from a couple Bellville and other sets.

I know it's on the DS and all, but those graphics leave a lot to be desired. I almost mistook it for an NES game...

Some nice details on the house; not sure if I like it better than the first tan house, but this one does seem to have a more reasonable price tag. But I agree about the roof, I've never seen a bright red roof in real life...

I agree, maybe buy something cheap from him first and if it comes safely to you then you know he must be pretty legit.

Beach subtheme is very interesting--heck, why not bring back Paradisa? Would be a great way to get some more girl minifigs, just maybe make it more beach related and less pastel colors to appeal more to the boys as well.
