  1. I was the original party pooper!
  2. Looks good. The only thing I can think of to make it better is find a way to make the white roof flush with the red part, so it doesn't stick out.
  3. Great review. This set is huge! I like it a lot, but there are faults. The instructions could be better, and I think they used plates instead of bricks in a lot of places.
  4. There's a topic exactly like this here.
  5. Hmmm... This looks interesting. It also seems that every set has at least 1000 pieces. Either they are lying or the sets are really big. I wonder what they look like in person.
  6. That's not vague at all. From someone that likes all themes, I can say that IJ, PoP, and some POTC sets do have better builds, parts, minifigs, and price, than most SW sets, save a few like 8038. What's vague about that? The reason these sets are better from an AFOL perspective is because SW (mostly CW) is more aimed towards kids, while a lot of the licensed themes are aimed towards the people that watch the movies, which are teenagers and older.
  7. Oh my goodness. Rip off central right here. I guess no more LSW for me. But, I still would like to see how these turn out, especially the Endor set. I think for the price rise, the BPs might have a more substantial vehicle/built portion.
  8. You have to buy accessories separately, unless it's stated.
  9. Yay, new theme! I love it. Can't wait to see what events go down this month.
  10. My collection is quite small, so I use it to MOC. The only con to that, for me, would be that I'd have to use more basic building techniques, since I don't have the bricks in hand to test things out.
  11. It seems like I have a new title... Back in business - Probably given by Superkalle for me using LDD again, after a long absence.
  12. I think we need more classic Space, Blacktron, and Space Police. The other themes don't really do it for me, so these three are my only real wants.
  13. Oh my goodness, what an amazing set. If it weren't for the outrageous prices on BL, I would be tempted to get one.
  14. Great review. This set is great, but again, the price is terrible. $35 CAD for this? Give me a break.
  15. Happy birthday to LuxorV, CP5670, and BrickWild!
  16. Oh, awesome! The house really fits in well with the other commercial buildings

    Canadian Eh?

I'm down if the opening is on a weekend
  18. It does, but under your index, ~ 10213 - Shuttle Adventure - by Aanchir is under Town, so now I'm really confused. Just tell me which is right and I'll fix it.
  19. Here's another one: 10231 Shuttle Expedition Theme: Sculptures LXF File Errors: -No stickers -Alternative prints -The back wheels of the shuttle had an illegal connection (stud in Technic pin hole) so the black Technic piece in the wheel assembly is backwards -Same problem applies to the 2x2 dishes on the satellite, so they aren't really connected
  20. I know, eh The problem is that whenever I find a set I want to make, it's already been done, and I don't want to bother myself to do a duplicate.
  21. If I were you, and you were just saving $260 for SW sets, I'd get the first option, since none of the SW summer sets are worth their prices.
  22. A Beefeater is one of these guys: That would be a cool minifig too.
  23. Welcome aboard! Another member from Toronto is always welcome!
  24. This just sounds like a peaceful endeavour into a dino jungle to me. I'm not expecting any huge weapons or anything. We'll just have to wait for the prelims to see the premise of the line.
  25. Oh, man. This is awesome. I just love the mask. It's the best mask in years. The only fault I see to this is the forearms. They are just too skinny IMO.
