No one in the world can convince me to spending more than $5-10 on any single minifig, unless it's chrome C3PO, so for me, magnets it is!
-
One in each set, but the castle has all of them.
-
Fantastic! While this may not be the most popular themes around, the new skin and upcoming contest are awesome!
-
The legs look weird because the torso is so short, but I made it like that on purpose, but it seems you do like it so thanks As for # of bricks, it's 538, so definitely larger, but for $20, the original set more than just suffices. It's quite an awesome set. Thanks Thanks. I didn't want to give him a gun to hold because I thought it would look weird on such a large scale. More like $40 extra It's a mech to fight a superhero that moves incredibly fast and has super strength, so Lex Luthor should get the most flexible and strongest mech money can buy, am I right? It's in the same category as the flexible chain and rope pieces. It's right at the bottom, along with Batman's cape.

Wow, these are great. Now I'm stuck whether to get Lex's Power Suit or the Wolverine set... I'm sure it will be the same price as the Catwoman set.
-
1) I agree. Some of the best theme figure wise in a long time. 2) Either it will be a nice big set or some sort of complete rip off
-
If you're going to get the other Winter sets, I'd say get the Toy Shop. And plus, you could always get the HQ set from Bricklink later, but the Toy Shop is already dangerously close to being extinct from stores and skyrocketing on BL.
-
Happy birthday WhiteFang! I'm assuming it's DarkFang's birthday too, so wish him on my behalf
-
They are $15 in USA and $20 in Canada.
-
I think your plan is pretty nice, since you already have all the other exclusives! You can't go wrong with any exclusive sets anyways. If you could fathom this thought, I'd rather get the Shuttle Adventure instead of the Mini Modulars though
-
Awesome! That arch piece is definitely the nicest detail about this, and it's smoothness is a nice advantage compared to a hypothetical full sized version. This is way better than any of the official mini modulars!
-
Awesome review. As I said in KDM's review, this set is almost flawless. A definite must buy

I think those vans were designed by official Lego designers, considering they are part of the official Lego display at Legoworld.

REVIEW: 6862 - Superman vs. Power Armour Lex
prateek replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Licensed
Fantastic review! I agree that this set definitely needs knees, and symmetrical arms too, but other than that, I'd say this is one of the best sets in this price range in a long time! Now it is my mission to get this set! Off to the Lego Store! -
I think the "play maker" is just a comic book, since people were fed up with the crappy ones in the DC sets, they probably just changed the name to avoid controversy.
-
That's a tough one. If you want figures and more bang for your buck, I'd go for the second option but I'd rather go for the Quidditch if you want a nice set with good playability.
-
R5-D8 and Darth Malgus for sure! Finally we have a new Astromech head piece, and thankfully one for arguably the second most famous Astromech! And Darth Malgus just looks BA with his chest piece. I am dying for that Sith Fighter set, but alas it's too expensive for me
-
Welcome from a fellow Canadian! Hope to see your customs!
-
Totally random, but it seems the Lego crew failed the CGI of the HQ's box. The T-Rex's tail is in front of the gate, when the dino is clearly behind it. Just thought I'd point it out
-
6862 is a great set, but a crazed billionaire can do better than the mech in that set. I bring to you a real man's Power Suit! Lex Luthor now has a comfortable full leather interior! Souped up Kryptonite arm cannon, instead of the wimpy official gun The back reveals the larger Kryptonite tanks, for more firepower! Action shot with Superman and Wonderwoman Comparison with the official mech Well that's it! Hope you enjoy this MOC. Leave any comments and criticism you have. Here's the LXF file for anyone that wants it. It is made of all existing bricks, so you can build it in real life if you want.
-
And it seems that BS is acting BS. It's not letting us upload any files!
-
I would assume so if the building has a depth of 32 studs, which is the modular standard.
-
Why would that be a new set? We just got two recycling vehicles, both of which are in this scene. The only thing that would be included in this "new set" is the building...
-
I'd go "ginger dude" (4th from left), but with a hat.
