Thanks for the feedback, I'll probably check it out later this Summer and I'll make sure to let you know.

Hey guys, do any of you know whether you need a ticket to get to the shop in the Manchester Discovery Centre? And whether their PAB/ Build a Minifig is any good?

Petition: We want the Pirates Advent Calender in the United States
Razzer replied to Bonaparte's topic in LEGO Pirates
Well, I don't live in the US, but if this will help make just one person's Christmas then count me in! -
Yep I have this too which was quite annoying considering it was with my first Leia from the X-wing. . Lucky then that TLG has an excellent customer service department and they sent me a replacement straight away as well as an Indy Keyring and I got to keep the mis-molded hair! Not a bad haul I would say .

Very Nice, I love the tranquility of this scene (well until you see the gun closet ) and I think that this is by far the best MOC I've seen from you Klaus-Dieter!
-
Very nice trees! In my opinion the trunks could still use a bit of improvement however. I would reccomend looking at the tree that was included in Medieval Market Village, but if you want it to stay completely your design then I understand EDIT: While writing this I had a look at the tree in the medieval market village and I actually prefer yours! Keep it up!

That really is a shame about the death of this promising looking project, but I'm pretty confident that this happens to all of us. No matter how many peices we have we will always try something that is a bit too ambitious and find that we don't have enough parts and that its pointless buying parts to complete it as we have stretched our current parts too thinly and would have to start again completely. Well maybe that's just me, but I'd like to think I'm not alone . That being said, I think that this was an awsome MOC and I hope you revisit it in the future because I can see it being a truely EPIC castle .

Very nice, I like the effect that the hands create as corn fields and the plane adds action to the scene to prevent it from being boring. By the way, if it wasn't a coastal scene you could call it 'North by North West'

Well, on the common land next to my house I and my parents have found loads of old Lego minifigs, which my parents keep giving to me thinking they're mine, but they are definately from sets that I've never owned, I guess thats kinda lucky !

The 4th of May is just called Star Wars day because of 'May the fourth be with you' which sounds like 'May the force be with you'. I don't think anything significant to do with Star Wars happened, though I could be wrong...

I love Coldplay too! I'm actually listening to 'Yellow' as I type this, ooh and 'God put a smile upon your face' is next.

Doubt it, UK wasn't get space Police last time I checked but who knows maybe Lego will change their mind... I noticed the Agents 2.0 pic this morning and so I just hit up the American version to see all the new stuff, not long now!

REVIEW: 8968 Agents River Heist
Razzer replied to TheBrickDaddy's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Nice review, this is definately my favourite of the Agents 2.0 sets and I especially lurrve Dollar Bill. Although I think you'll find 47/10 is not 94% -
Awsome painting as usual, and is that a BA prototype I spy?

I just had to post on this. I've been a fan of this series ever since it started and it, way back before I joined EB and it was the main reason I decided to join up! I say blow up the nuke and save whats left of the world, although I half hope that the final battle option will draw, so that we have a huge battle with friends dying all around us, sprinting towards the nuke and detonate it at the last possible moment! Wooh Hollywood style EPIC endings FTW!! Either that or Dragonator wins with ease and just wipes out everyone else I mean it is still someone's happy ending... I got this too, before you actually said it was a joke, which leads me to beleive that I may be playing on Fallout just a little too much... Btw your MOCs have definately improved over the course of the series, but I have a special place in my heart for the original base back in ep:1

What figure represents the castle line?
Razzer replied to Tom Bricks's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
For the newer castle line I would definately agree with Tinn-man and the others that have said the newest knight, although for the entirety of the castle line I'd say that the most iconic figure for me would be a classic Black Falcon grunt. -
I 'improve' almost every set I get(although its more like destroying as I make such a mess of it ), but the thing that |I almost always feel needs more attention is the interior of vehicles, such as the Republic Gunship which needed more room for troops in my opinion.

UK Chrome Vader @TRU ! + set update
Razzer replied to The Rancor's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Well, I rushed down to TRU this afternoon hoping that they would have a few Chrome DVs left, so imagine my surprise when I saw hundreds of them in a box behind the promotions counter! I ended up buying the X-wing at the increased price of 45 pounds , but I can't complain because its my first Han and Leia and I figure that the 5 pounds (or something) extra it cost is worth it for chrome Darth. Might need to get a second one though... -
Morticia has a nose Ahhh! Bit unusual that that wasn't passed on to her kids, nice work anyway. I especially like Pugsley as you made the perfect face choice for him.
-
Along with what else, Cats and Dogs? That was a very poor film IMO although Pinky and the brain was EPIC! Very nice office anyway and I especially like the armchair, could we have any seperate photos of it because it is quite hard to make it out (it being black and everything)? BTW Teddy seems to be very interested in going along with Mr. Whiskers plans I mean he's so darn SMILIE!

Great design. This is definitely the best centaur I've ever seen it looks very... er... poseable!
-
Fair enough, but I for one love it when people modernise classic minifigs with new/fleshy faces as it keeps the classic Lego feel for me just enough so that it is recognisable as classic but still can fit in with new pieces in MOCs.

Cavegod that is in fact the same ship, the Tantive IV is also known as the Rebel Blockade Runner, if you checked the link in the first post you would have seen it is the same

Not to mention the dwarves, I think we'd all like to see Dwarve and Troll battle Packs. And for me the best ways to build up a sizeable troll army is to but multiples of either 7037 Tower Raid or 7040 Dwarves Mine Defender as you at least get decent sets to go with the trolls unlike the impulse which is rather well... pathetic. Also this way allows you to get the differant troll torsos and helmets as well as armour, so you can build more variety into your army.
