That is one epic 8x8 Vignette! The water is very well done
-
Soooo many clones! I do hope that a Commander Wolffe/ Clone officer is indeed included in the Rumored Republic Attack Cruiser. Does anyone else think that the $107 price point is a bit odd?
-
7250 was an excellent parts set for its time. Not only did you get a good amount of those joint pieces, but an exclusive clone as well to boot!
-
Aw Dang, I was number 18 :(. Oh Well... Here's to the winner! Congratulations!
-
That is one beautiful gun! My favourite MOCs are always in this scale. The Bird is also very clever. Kudos!
-
Hehehe, Morgan I have been following these from FBTB, and your parts use is most creative! My favourite so far is Goba's Monster, good job on finding another use for Rotta. On another note, I believe that you may have already won the contest with this many entries Anyway enjoying every one of them!

mmmmmmm printed back. I think everything in the set is PERFECT, except for the moo cows. But I suppose that the look has yet to grow on me.

Square = Good. I like the design and you get extra marks for the functional tailgate!

I suppose this would be a more worthwhile way to pick-up some magna gaurds if the magna gaurd fighter doesn't tickle your fancy. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt about the Endor Battle Set, but it would be nice if they rerelease some Scout Troopers. Thanks for the update Bricks0937

I thought that there was only ABS plastic in there... I suppose I was wrong. Nice find!
-
Hahaha! That is so violent! But I suppose its to be expected with Pirates!
-
Nice use of the washtubs as the base of the cannon. A very fun looking MOC if I might say so.
-
Indeed, it is a very unusual looking transport. Which side is the front? I am assuming that the flat side is. I like the colour scheme.
-
True, if the special helmet were to be silver it would have to be a metallic colour print at most. I personally think that the helmet's got dark grey markings to match the colour of the gunner's arms. Should be exciting to see what's around the corner.

Ah, thanks for the information guys. I wasn't going to bid for these figures. But I was very curious as to know why some people would have such a large number of commander cody helmets in their possession. Fishy indeed!

I have noticed that Clones like these have been popping up all over ebay. While I am certain that the incidence of Troopers with Commander Cody Helmets are merely MOCs. One of the sellers is making a bold claim that these will be found in the 2009 battle packs. I doubt this, but given the multiple listings of these clones in recent times there might be some credence to what has been said. Auction one. Auction two. Auction three. Any thoughts or ideas?

I had a look at MYER on friday, and also noticed that sets were 20% off. I think Indinana Jones was 25%, but I am not too sure if it extends to LEGO. -
How did you like the Clone Wars TV series?
Rayman replied to kill will's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Star Wars is moving in the right direction with this new series, many of the minor characters will have their stories told. Best TV show at the moment in my opinion -
The clones are Vidgamers's Stormtrooper commandos, if I remember correctly. The helmets are very interesting.

I just bought a 7678 Droid Gunship, and the build is superb, although it is a bit lacking in the Minifg Department

Thank you for another great interview Stauder. Now I finally know what MMCB stands for! He really is a great guy. I was lucky enough for him to design a custom skirt for "kid-sized" minifigs. He walked me through the process, and was very responsive to my feedback. I was amazed with the quality when I got the accessories from him.

It sure does if you are from a parallel universe! It strikes me as strange if you are selling this much SW lego and do not know anything about the stuff. The seller also has 0 feedback. Makes you wonder.

I suppose I can't complain about using stickers and decals. Haha, stickers are great for making quick changes to official bricks as its just peel and stick. I am a fan of decals as a well applied decal almost has no visible seam. Its the closest thing to a printed piece, and the difference is hardly noticable especially if you have a good printer and don't scrutinise the decalled surface with a magnifying glass.

LEGO eBAY Sellers (Where do they get this stuff?)
Rayman replied to Badsneaker's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Small toys shops in Australia (at least in Melbourne) are all but gone, so there's pretty much no chance of picking up discontinued sets down here. The main supply of toys in Australia comes from big retailers like Toys R' Us.
