    Hoke watched the exchange between Zane and Zander and listen to what happened with the other parties. He did not trust Zane, but could not think of another option. He did not trust the Gray wizard either. "What say you about the Gray wizard," Hoke whispered to Vipera. "Surely he would have revealed his brother to expedite our quest. Also, have you any connection with this dragon Zane speaks of? It looks like we may be off again soon. If I could kindly have your blessing once more, I would be grateful indeed."

    :P But to be honest, a player has the same chance of rolling a shield as rolling anything else. I wish I would have been in the Zander battle. Could use one of those Topaz gems!

    Sensing the stress of the dragon, Hoke offers his arm and shoulder for Vipera to rest on. "What troubles you?" Hoke whispers.

    Well, after looking at the rules, halberd is already a weapon class, so anything that would be a polearm should be a halberd. I see what you are saying now.

    Halberd = axe to me. You stab with a trident, like a spear. When classifying weapons, it's best to apply the main function (stab, cut, blunt, or projectile).

    Hoke looked long and hard over the wonder menace. He did not seem to be a threat anymore, but he still could not be trusted. "Skrall, hold this creature done down securely." Hoke searches Zane. Hoke whispered back, "At the very least, it would be prudent to investigate. Perhaps we can ascertain as to where the information came from, and who ordered the wanted posters to be posted."

    Trident = spear. All axes = axes. Unless you make it a throwing axe, then it's a throwing weapon.

    So by this reasoning the Lvl 2 Basic classes should be better than an expert class? Nvm, misread. Sorry.
