This is a fantastic creation! The sheer size of it and the fact it looks just like the Art Pavillion on the pictures you've added makes it even more impressive! The building itself (both the LEGO version as the real version) are very beautifull as well, with the yellow, and the darkgrey roof. A big fat from me!

I really don't think it will affect the WW possible line at all. There is no "set" number of lines according to my knowledge.
