@Teddy, the head is just balanced on top. I did experiment with red rubber bands, but it didn't work out.... I wouldn't use glue easily! Anyway, thanks for the comments so far!

Vig. 80c I made this MOC (working on it all day and night), being inspired by Piglet's Spanish Port, the MMV chicken and Slyowl's soldier style An overview. Sadly, I didn't have more green doors/windows, so I couldn't make the building any bigger. I hope you like it!

We are having a new system of one EB contest a month, this to maximize participation, three contests at the same time is hard for the builders and makes it so that the prizes are smaller. The Pirates Contest is scheduled for October, and we will do our very best for the prizes . BUT: In some time there will be an open non-Pirates building contest with a very beautifull (and expensive) prize.

Yes, there were many units from many different nations that carried blue epaulettes. The color of epaulettes was in many cases dependant from the number/name of regiment a soldier was in.

A very good review where I am gratefull for. This looks like a really average City set, as an add-on to one of the house-sets or something, since most AFOLs are more into the large sets now I believe.

Looks very good. I especcialy like the Pick a Brick wall on the first floor, although also the second floor is well done. I however doubt the salespeople have to sleep in the store .

Looks very good, but try to resize your pictures and put them back up, that looks much better and is easier for most of us. Anyway, at least resize your pictures next time. Further: GREAT WORK
