When I read the title I thought this would be about Ben10.

My worst annoyance when building castles is baseplates not sticking on top of other baseplates. This is particularly with transfering already built structures on to a base. It seems to bend and pop off. That and not having a brick seperator and having to pull off a piece , friction has no mercy.

I can't say i've very fond of all of the new licensed themes replacing the classic themes that have always been original and unlicensed. It makes me wonder if this is the downside of the sucess of starwars and lego beginning to take a larger intrest in the AFOL market.Maybe lego is running out of their own ideas as i have noticed so much repition in sets for the last few years. The LOTR sets themselves look alright.The colour scheme of helms deep looks messy but the structure itself is nicely built. The curved castle walls are something that i haven't seen lego do before.

Not sure if troll Did lego ever make a new rat mold for 2011/2012? I was thinking they would because there is a new dog and a few other remakes.

They just don't look like lego to me and the T-rex seems to big to have much usability. The little green raptor dinosaur looks kinda nice though.

I hope it has an extra back up valve I used to have water bombers flying over my house all the time when we had a forest fire up in the hills so it is kinda nice to see lego making a forest fire line. The little fire truck is kinda cute in its size but i wouldn't have minded a bigger one. Off-road police is a nice change too. Maybe they might be able to catch the dirtbikers riding down mainstreet.

I'm disapointed by this theme . It seems to be a complete rehash of dino attack . Most of the sets i have seen are almost copies of older sets for example the larger jeep is similar to the dino attack humvee and all the other monster truck style sets we have been getting. What disapoints me the most is the dinosaurs , they look worse than something megablocks would make. It would have been far preferable for the old early 2000s dinosaurs to be used. On a lighter note the sikorsky makes me happy :laugh:

I'm kinda wishing I didn't take apart my market village now that there are sets that would look good with it. Chickens are a nice thing but they don't look like lego to me somehow. Most of the sets seem to have more to them but it makes me wonder how much they will be.

These figs seem to be based alot more on real people.The gladiator is good and the redneck lumberjack could be fun to use. I'm kinda sick of seeing so many snowboarder and skier figs though.

This is a beautiful effort. Your design is sleek and acurate to the in-game model. I loved flying the VTOLs in crysis and raining down missles on enemies below. You have a new fan.

I'm less than fond of this new theme. It looks cheap and babyish to me...somthing that should have stayed in duplo. Lego is doing a bit of overkill on the disney licences.

Very nice work. I guess it is about the same size or a bit smaller than your earlier veritech fighters. Are the legs unposeable or is there a balance problem?

It's intresting but looks more like some kind of giant power generator or SHIP engine. Maybe build a stand to have it angled so it looks like fixed artillery . Nice construction on the front .

It's been a rather long time since i last posted here. So this year i've pushed aside my robot costume and am going as a post apoc wanderer. I got a gas mask and brodie helmet from ww2 and a black cotton trenchcoat with gum boots. It's a bit too clean looking but I think if I grow my beard long enough i can pass.

If there were to be a giant lego space set i would hope for it to have many hidden compartments and a section for vehicles to load on too , kinda like a giant galaxy enforcer.

I'm more excited about this than the tower bridge. With a few small mods you could easily add it to medievil castle village.Th building itself looks pretty small in my opinion and if it's the same price as the last one i'm gonna be pretty disapointed.

Some of those bumps are a little pathetic in hiding that they are bumps . To get through the list i decided to sing it I've bumped some of my moc topics and what not before but i try to hide it by answering questions that no one asked

I like the long cockpit on it , it really fits the style of the theme, and those shocks you added to it must be fun to use on your desk eh. Will you be adding a trailer to this some time in the future?

The red one is a huge improvement.The feet on it are nice and i like the flametrooper look to it. I suggest putting those fuel supply pipe things on the other side of the arms.

By balance i mean many things are out of proportion not balanced as in if it can stand up on one foot , actually can this hardsuit stand on one foot?

I don't think there will ever been an accurate historic theme but the idea of a greek mythology theme seems possible. Theres to much restictions if they base their them on actual historic events but greek and roman tales of heroes give a fair bit of leeway for creativity.

Belive it or not everytime i look in my bionicle drawer i think 'would this be better in VBBN's hands rather than mine?'
