  1. I was just coming here to make some snarky remark about it being two weeks since it was revealed, but apparently it's tomorrow! Huzzah!
  2. That Nurse Joker looks very sketchy to me. The design is very similar to the female scientist in Series 11. And no back printing is even more suspicious.
  3. This is an interesting topic. On the most part I'm happy with the moderators here, but the one thing that bugs me I'll throw out: when discussing sets based on films/TV shows, often times users are reminded to keep on topic when the things they are discussing that are partly related to the sets. Could the mods get a little looser on these threads? Obviously if it goes too far something needs to be said, but most times it does relate. After all, discussion of those two really go hand in hand in most cases.
  4. I found the pics. Not super impressed with the Avenjet, but maybe it'll grow on me with better pics. I also believe that Thanos will have the gauntlet in the final set.
  5. I would love a Hill Valley Courthouse D2C.
  6. Let me guess, a Five Nights at Freddy's project? If done right, I bet that would be hugely popular with kids. And due to CMFs, we know Lego loves making animal costume minifigs.
  7. Why would saying the price is too expensive for an Ecto-1 mean he isn't a fan of the reboot? Not following your logic here.
  8. Another great one! Did you use the top part of the tower as inspiration? It looks similar to the original set. Gandalf and Saruman's accessories are funny as well.
  9. BvS Batwing set- Batwing looks ugly, even though that's more the movie design to fault. Minifigs look great though. Cycle Chase- the Batpod looks oversized, but Deadshot and Harley will probably be good minifigs.
  10. The McFly one was hilarious. Also like the Doctor Who ones.
  11. Oh, I know. We're getting way more GB stuff than I thought we would get, it's amazing! And now that I think about it, there aren't many smaller or medium sized sets they could do. (Ecto-1a, Stay Puft, ballroom with Slimer, and the interior of the museum are all I can think of that aren't buildings.)
  12. Looks fantastic! This thing will be huge when it's done!
  13. Oh, so Lego is doing this after all! Was it my blunder in the other thread that helped make this discovery? (Got to read more carefully...) As for the actual sets...well we haven't gotten a trailer yet but so far I am not liking what I see. I'll save further judgement until more info about the reboot comes out. EDIT: It's highly unlikely since we're already getting a D2C, but please Lego please go the route of Indy, POTC, and LOTR and give us a wave based on the original films!
  14. Bad news about reboot sets: they might not be Lego. Mattel and Sony made a deal where Mattel is the master toy licensor. Mattel owns Mega Bloks, so if we get building sets based on the reboot.... they would be Mega Bloks. Then again, I could be wrong on all this. But it seems to be the case.
  15. This is super cute! I can't wait to see the other ones.
  16. Lego and cats, my two favorite things! Nice one Oky.
  17. Thanks for reviewing this! I'm planning on picking this up for the new Unikitty face print.
  18. I would love more BTTF sets. Unfortunately, since there are no big media tie-ins, I can't realistically see more happening. I was just thinking today about how 2015 Marty could be a promo minifig now because of dual molded arms and the Hoverboard...
  19. I really hope interior pics come out soon. I'm dying to see the inside of this thing!
  20. This looks amazing! Must have! And I'm so happy that the Ecto-1 can fit in there. Only things I'm slightly disappointed in are Janine's hair, the sign, and the lack of printed parts. But I'm still very pumped for this set. Can't wait to see the inside!
  21. Could it be a burnt Stay Puft minifig? (Since they already have the mold from Dimensions) Walter Peck would be great as well.
  22. Looks great! I love all the detailing!
  23. New details sound great. The minifig selection is perfect, plus the three ghosts! Only thing I'm worried about is that the GB Firehouse has 3 floors, not 2... as long as the ground level has Janine's and Peter's desks and room for the Ecto-1 I'm good.
  24. The Lex Luthor one was great.
  25. Honestly I'd buy a UCS DeLorean if it was a $160-200 price point.
