Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
Dragonfire replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
If you want the X-Wing, get the 2012 Tie Fighter too for a battle, and the same with the Striker-class- the Sith Fury is its counterpart. If you opt for the latter, then in the future you might be able to pick up some TOR BPs and have a TOR diorama. However, you could buy Jabba's Palace and then maybe the Skiff to go along with it. It depends. Options I'd go for: 1) X-Wing and Tie Fighter 2) Striker-class, Sith Fury and TOR BP 3) Jabba's Palace, Desert Skiff, possibly Rancor Pit (if you're willing to spend $200!) -
I agree totally!

I would definitely buy both the BPs... Although a Crab Droid and an AT-AP would be nice...

Yeah...

I think a Biggs update is long overdue.
-
Does it have to be a scene from one of the episodes, or could it just be something like General Grievous vs. Mandalorians?

The POTC cook head is also in the Endor and Old Republic BPs -
After reading this, I looked through my clone collection. One of the bomb squad troopers has bright orange lines on his face instead of paler pink ones, and my ARF trooper's eyes are lloking up. My other clones are normal-looking.

What OT stuff is there left to do except Cloud City, Yavin Base, Dagobah Hut and some Tatooine sets?

You could use the new Piett head for Biggs, and the Imperial Officer from the 2012 TIE Fighter for Tarkin. Use the generic pilot head for Wedge (and possibly the Celebration Leia head for Mon Mothma?) -

Poor you...I simply can't wait for the summer sets- I can own my profile picture! -
They did the Malevolence last year- and that was from the first 2 seasons...

Oh . But will the summer sets be available by May the 4th? If not, then when? -

Yannthedestroyer, I think you should keep one and sell the other. Since it's discontinued, people will pay a lot. Then you can invest in the Death Star/SSD. Zeya, I would wait 'til May the 4th. In case you don't know, there's a massive sale on all Star Wars products in all shops. You can buy it there. -
I'm kind of glad that the Lego CW line is ending: it saves me the agony of seeing all the new, cool Clone Wars sets and knowing that I'm strictly prohibited from purchasing Lego CW-faced figures. But I liked the TV show . Hopefully, a pre-PT show will replace it...

[REVIEW] Planet Sets Series 3 & 4: 75006, 75007, 75008, 75009, 750
Dragonfire replied to TWP's topic in LEGO Star Wars
For me, (I already have the Kamino planet), the Coruscant planet is a maybe because of the new clone, but my favourite by far is the B-Wing because of the pilot and the design.- 18 replies

Endor hasn't been beaten to death- the only Endor sets released since 2011 have been Ewok Attack and the BP.
-
Will the Ewok Village be a UCS? If not, how much will it cost?

Because the faces just look so weird when mixed- apart from clones, of course. Their faces are covered up. -
I think there's a good chance of an Endor Luke and possibly an updated Endor Leia, plus several Ewoks (remakes of Teebo and Paploo?)

Hmm...a tough one. I would go for option 3 (but why two Rancor pits?) Option 1 is a mix of CW and non-CW 'figs: never do that! Option 2's largest set (Repub. Frigate) has less playability than the Jabba scene. But I would get a Desert Skiff instead of the second Rancor Pit, unless you already have it. -
Which Endor planet? The AT-ST one or the B-Wing one?

I think you should go for some of the AOTC summer sets. You could buy the RGS, Duel on Geonosis, Corporate Alliance Tank Droid and the 75000 BP. That way you'd have Obi, Anakin, Padme, Yoda and five clones, Dooku, Jango, Poggle, FA-4, two SBDs, one BD and two droidekas. The costs (well, in England) are: RGS: about £100? Duel on Geonosis: £39.99 Corporate Alliance Tank Droid: £19.99 Clones vs Droidekas BP: £11.99 The costs add up to £171.97. There will be some shipping taxes to pay, but you'll have £28 left. Of course, you could also try and collect some OT ships (X-Wing, Y-Wing, A-Wing) but the Geonosis sets are all brand-new and very playable. Hope this gave you some ideas! -
The opposite for me; I'll be snapping up a couple of the 2013 summer sets as soon as they come out.
